I’ve been using this Recreational Exercise Bike for a few days now, and before I used it I always thought it was not as good as one of those stand-up fitness bikes, but! By the time I had assembled it (it’s so well put together, you probably won’t believe it, this bike was put together entirely by my 9-year-old son reading the instructions, I just helped tighten the screws!) and used it for half an hour, I realized that it’s still better to have a recumbent bike like this, it doesn’t make your back feel tired and it’s a very casual way to work out. You can adjust the resistance level and there are 16 speeds to set. The dashboard clearly displays basic workout metrics including time, speed, distance, calories, ODO, and pulse. The dashboard also has notches for your phone or tablet, so your workout won’t get boring. It also weighs only 66 pounds, so you can easily move it around, you can put it in the bedroom, in the living room, or in front of the TV, and it doesn’t take up much space, making it a great indoor fitness device.

The Bike was EASY to assemble, no user Tools were needed, Universal tool was supplied with the unit and had very simple step by step pictorial assembly instructions.. The bike is also very EASY to operate, w/very simple controls for both display and tension control. The Bike is both Light weight & compact, making It very EASY to move into position and back out of the way.

THE BIKE WAS SUPER EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND EASY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. BIKE IS VERY STURDY AND QUIET WHILE IN USE. THE SEAT AND BACK REST ARE COMFORTABLE.
