Feels like I can keep moving. As someone who shakes my legs a lot while sitting down for long periods. This helps me feel more relaxed sitting at the computer. It feels pretty solid and seems to handle 165lbs without an issue.

I first used a vibration plate in Physical Therapy after hip surgery. I then purchased this product 3 months after surgery for home use, and I am very pleased. It does seem to help with the soreness, and I’m definitely seeing an improvement in my balance. This is exactly as described. It’s pretty bulky and the settings are a little confusing. I’m not exactly sure what I’m supposed to set it at. It seems pretty sturdy. I like that it comes with bands to work your arms too. The vibration takes some time to get used to, it’s pretty intense.
