Added this piece of equipment to my home gym. It’s portable but very stable. I change the angle multiple times in my workout and use it for both stretching and lunges. It is easy to change the angle and it does not move through any of the exercises. Very happy with this purchase!

I tried this this morning and definitely felt a great calf stretch even on the lowest setting. Love that it folds flat. I’m going to store it under my couch so I can use it frequently.

I use it almost every day due a tendency towards cramps in my calves and it is a life saver. Very sturdy and easy to transport or put away since it folds down flat. I had used one in physical therapy after I broke my leg and kept wishing I had my own…had a “duh” moment then searched on Amazon and found a bunch to choose from. This one has been perfect for me, totally worth it!

My physical therapist recommended a slant board for some calf issues, so I bought this one for home use. It can be adjusted for gradual increases in elevation/angle so when used regularly the degree of difficulty can be gradually increased. It’s helped a lot.
Another benefit: I also have some knee and a serious back issues. When used properly, the board as dramatically reduced those issues and greatly helped mobility. It takes up minimal space when left extended, but can easily be folded and to be kept under a chair or table. It’s great to leave in position so it can be used for a few minutes multiple times a day. It’s been a great exercise to keep me active.

Used one like this at physical therapy, 4 stars cause its not quite as sturdy as the one I used three but still great quality and a good addition to our home gym.

I chose this item because it folds down flat for good storage and portability and that works great. It is nice and lightweight, put together well with nice large non slip area and convenient handle for carrying. Easy to use and adjust, mine only real complaint over the box type stretcher is that the lowest setting is really high although looking at the pictures now 6 months later it looks like they have changed and now have more than 3 angle options so that may be better now, I believe mine stated at around 20* angle.

Love it got it this morning , Thank you n use it already . Very sturdiness on carpet n on regular floor , love it that it has different level on how high or low I want to do my leg stretching . Good for the money . Board is beautiful n thick n fold too .

Bought it for my son, for whom it was recommended by his physical therapist. It works as intended, is strong, durable, stows away well, and has a simple/timeless aesthetic. Now the whole family is stretching with it!
