If you accidentally hit “reset” after taking splits and your watch goes to 00:00, you can still hit “splits” to see the previous times!
When it dies after 2 years, just buy batteries (on Amazon of course!) and a teeny screwdriver.
1. Set it on a table face-down.
2. Carefully unscrew all six teeny back screws and GENTLY lift off the back so as not to disturb the internal mechanism for the button-pressing.
3. Leave the neck cord sitting in its little nook.
4. Remove the old battery and replace the battery, again being careful not to move the watch too much because the button mechanism pieces can fall out easily!
5. Check that the neck cord is still inside.
6. Carefully re-cover and screw on the back.

I was looking for a reasonably priced stopwatch to mount on my motorcycle to use for time splits at bicycle races. Overall it’s a decent stopwatch for the money. The buttons are a little stiff and hard to push which is why I gave it four stars instead of five. I’m hoping they’ll break in with use.
