This machine ideally meets my needs, helps my muscles move up to relieve my bad feelings. The machine is nice. The It is very sturdy and stable. You can adjust its speed by controller. Its weight is not heavy and you can pick it up to any room. The happy thing is it is quiet in use, that is very important for me during my work. It works well so far. I will keep working out with it and find more improvement for my health. Overall, It is a great exercise machine.

I was looking for magnetic resistance workout. This machine does not provide adjustable resistance. It is nice for range of motion. Especially in the ankles. It will move your feet for you. You can adjust the speeds.

I have an alternating stand-up/sit-down desk for remote work at home, so I use this on a fast speed when I’m sitting down to keep moving a bit rather than just sitting. It’s really helped with circulation and believe it or not, it seems to be slimming down my legs a bit! Perfect for desk jobs!! Highly recommend!

I have been using this product for a few weeks, and it has been useful to help me tone my calves at home. Using this machine I strap my step tracker to my ankle and can easily hit my step goal despite being sedentary with my desk job. Easy to use, I was able to take out of the box to plug to use no assembly required. This is not something you can stand on you must remain seated to use this leg exerciser. It does take up a lot of space under my desk but it doubles as a foot stool when not in use to avoid me using shoeboxes. Very relaxing and I have never felt the need to wear sneakers, you can adjust varying speeds, no issues of overheating thus far and even if I am going too fast my legs are not strapped in so its easy to start and stop quickly.
