This replacement strap only lasted about 6 months before the HR monitor snap popped out of the strap.

Seems pretty expensive for what it is. Almost half as much as the monitor + strap? Generic replacements I’ve tried are half as much but not quite as nice. If you are on a budget, generics are perfectly functional.

The box says that the size ranges from M – XXL. When I extended it to it’s maximum length of 32″ (the original strap has a max length of 36″). So, when I wrap it around my torso, it’s pretty tight.

More than just a replacement

It is a good quality chest strap with a good design, however the box shows a M-XL size but it is wrong, it is more like a S-M size, fortunately I use M size and it just worked for me.

Delaminated after 4 months of normal use. Sent in for a repair and Polar keeps emailing me a bill of $45.41 for repair even though this should be covered under warranty. I keep emailing my proof of purchase but I get no response just an emailed bill every week. Polar service is set up so individuals cannot talk to a person only email or chat with a bot … very very poor customer service
