I have only used it twice so I cant speak on results. It was easy to set up, came packaged nicely. The vibration is strong. The 1st time I got a slight headache but it didn’t last long. The controller doesn’t work at all which is disappointing, but I’m flexible enough to change the settings on the machine while I stand on it. The resistance bands may be good for a beginner, but I will likely replace those with stronger bands. So far, I’m excited to continue to use it to see what results I get from it.

When I finally got to start the plate, what it did was nice.
HOWEVER, the user’s manual is very poorly written, it would get an “F” on a report card. It has information about the plate itself, but it lacks in explaining how to operate the plate…🥸
It doesn’t have any step by step instructions.
You have to guess on many things…
And also, the remote control is cheaply made and flimsy. I can’t even tell if the remote is working properly, or my machine is just defected.. the buttons on the actual plate don’t even seem to be working 🤔
I was reading many reviews, and someone kindly wrote how to operate this machine way better than the actual manual, so I read that, and got the machine to work. BUT I could only use the presets (the P button), and I couldn’t even adjust anything manually on “supposedly” manual mode..
I’m lazy to get an exchange, but I feel like I should, to see if my machine that I got is how it is supposed to be, OR if mine is defected and another one would solve all the problems.
I gave 3 stars instead of 1, because vibration-wise, I love what it does and it’s been 2 days, but I’m excited to see how different I might feel after a week.

I have a rare genetic disorder that causes severe joint damage and as a result, I have been a wheelchair user for many years. I have a device that holds me up in a standing position so I can exercise some, but I’m still very limited. I must admit that I was very skeptical about this because it seemed too good to be true. Thankfully, I decided to try it anyway, because I love it. It’s super easy to use and all I need to do is stand on it while it does its thing. It’s a very strong vibration, but it’s not unpleasant or anything. Afterwards, I feel like my muscles are invigorated and I have less pain. I also appreciate the higher weight limit. My husband is a big dude and he uses it as well. He has typical middle aged issues— arthritis in his knees, lower back pain, obesity. It has helped him tremendously. He was in too much pain to exercise before this, but it has improved his muscle tone and helped his pain levels so he’s more active overall.
