This bike is great! Easy to assemble and a good sturdy bike. It is also very quiet. My only complaints, and the reason for 4 stars, is that the mode button seems to stick when you press it and the seat is wide but still a little uncomfortable. Still a good bike for the price. Will update after a couple months use.

My husband and I both rode this bike every day for 3 1/2 mos. (just over the 90 day warranty on mechanical). It was a great bike. Sturdy. Perfect for our useage. But then, noise and evidence of something going on in the innards. My husband fixed machinery for a living so he took it apart. The belt either was installed out of alignment or worked its way off. The belt was torn up. We attempted to contact the manufacturer in order to buy a new belt. Unable to get thru by phone. Email brought no response. I researched the company a bit and realized that most likely, we will get nothing from them. We searched in town and on line for a belt, but couldn’t match it, so the manufacturer was our only hope. THANK GOODNESS I bought the extended warranty!!! I filed a claim and they have taken care of us. If you buy this bike, maybe you will have good luck. Or maybe not. Spend the money on the warranty that is offered. UPDATE Infairness to the manufacturer – I was able to contact the company by going on their website online and doing the Contact Us thing. So, if all else fails, try that.

I received the bike on 5/1/2020 and assembled it according to the instructions. When I started using the bike today, in less than 2 minutes it started making a noise and the pedals became too heavy. The resistance was in Lo. When I looked at the floor there was a black dust from some plastic that came from the inside of the bike. That part was arrived already assembled and nothing in the instructions indicates that it needs to be opened or touched in order to start using the bike. I haven’t opened it because I was waiting to talk to the company first. It seems that something moved out of place when I started pedaling and is shredding some black plastic on the inside. It is a shame since the bike does have a nice look and is sturdy. I was hoping to start using it today.
I called to the number on the instructions but it says the mailbox is full. Sent an email to the one also provided in the instructions and I received a message back saying that the domain does not exists and the email was undeliverable.

I got this yesterday and am impressed with its sturdiness. This thing is heavy and solidly built. I had a hard time getting the box in the house (it weighs 77 lbs!) but I was able to drag it in. It was weirdly packaged, I think maybe it had been a return but other than the way each part was wrapped and taped within an inch of its life, the bike looks brand new and unused. It was simple to put together but kind of fiddley. I kept dropping the screws and washers while removing them. Things went better when I decided to use a magnetic bowl to catch all the parts as I removed them. The hex wrench (if you can call it that) that comes with the bike was very hard to use where I was supposed to use it and I gave up and went and got my set of socket wrenches. Sooo much easier to assemble with a socket wrench, so if you have one with 1/2″, get it ready to use it putting this together.
The first ride was uneventful except the seat was very uncomfortable (even with the gel seat cover I bought separately.) I guess they all are. I think I need to have it tilted up a bit but that’s not doable. The seat height is very good for my inseam and I was worried. I returned another bike because it was too small and I couldn’t fully extend my legs. I can stretch out and there’s still room to raise the seat more (I’m 5’4″.)
The handle bars are my favorite part. I can change my arm position to be like a touring bike or choose a few other options for where to put my hands. That is good for changing the pressure applied to my wrists to stop any tingling.
With the screw driver included, I was able to easily remove the cages around the peddles. Don’t need ’em.
I’m excited to have this bike! The computer part is very simple, I don’t need more than what it provides. It makes some whooshing sound, it’s not completely silent.
I think this is a great price for such a good bike.

I really like this bike and for the price its an excellent purchase. Very easy to assemble and very sturdy. I do have a couple of complaints. 1) the pedals are the cheapest things on it. They hurt my feet to ride so I ordered a pair from another source on amazon and LOVE them. Completely changed the ride. 2) the fact that you have to remove the batteries everytime you ride or it stays on the last ride details. I did know this going into my purchase so I was aware but still its a poor feature. Others I highly recommend this bike.

I did a 3 miles test ride when I got it today and I was surprised. It’s the quietest bike I’ve had. I’m directionally challenged and I still had this together in 45 minutes. So glad I didn’t spend thousands on another bike.

Good quality bike. Easy to assemble, and easy to ride. Adjustments are easy. Even has a place to hold your cell phone or portable music player.
