I got this unit for a family member who does design work at the desk for hours on end. While this doesn’t replace the walk around the block, it definitely helps with getting some exercising and movement in. Fits well under desk/table. Remote is easy to use, program if you wish or just use default. Affordable price for a well built unit. I might get a couple more.

One of the standout features of this vibration plate is its price. Most models I’ve seen typically go for $110 or more, but this one is priced at $90, which is a great deal considering its solid build and powerful performance. You’re definitely getting good value for the quality you’re getting here.

I did give it a try and it’s pretty good. You can definitely feel your muscles shakes. I will update my review once I use it for a little bit, but even my kids are crazy about this machine and enjoy very much. It’s very easier to use it, it has remotes, and the directions are nicely written

Very simple and quiet vibration platform. I love how relaxed I feel after standing on this machine for just 10 minutes. Must be operated through the remote so be sure to not lose this!
The platform is smaller than the other 2 platforms that I’ve ordered so check the size before you order to be sure your feet will fit comfortable on the plate.

Holy cow, this will shake you to your core! Lymphatic drainage is now all the rage and I’m not sure if I need it so my primary motivation is to increase circulation. I don’t know how to measure that or see if it’s working, but for someone who spends a lot of the day at a desk, any amount of movement should help, right?
I’ve really only used it standing up so far, and I’ve tried it on the two higher modes – like jogging and running. It says that it will cause your muscles to tense and it sure does! There are muscles in my back that I’m not sure I’ve noticed before, but for ten minutes on this machine, I know they’re there! (It’s not at all painful.) As others have noted, you need the remote to operate the different speeds.
My only suggestion would be to make the cord longer.

First thing is you notice this unit is built very well. This was a concern as its literal job is to vibrate. The use of any lightweight or substandard parts will become evident super quick. But this unit is extremely well made: tight tolerances, heavy solid feel, thick materials.
When turned on it has a strong vibration: the shaking is complete throughout one’s body, and I am well over 200 lbs.
I have often thought whole body vibration therapy would be beneficial, but had never seen a good method for achieving this until now. After using it I do feel it improved circulation.
Note: it has many programs and function settings, but I am simple. I turn it on and hit play, then adjust until I like it. Super glad there is a remote. The sensor is on the window in the modle, so if you cover that it won’t detect the remote.
Happy with this so far. Powerful unit.
