My wife recently got a vibration plate that she really likes. I got this one and she likes it even better. This one has a wide range of vibration levels (up to 120) and 5 workout programs built in. The programs are just variations of 10 minute workouts with different vibration step levels every 2 minutes. One thing I liked better about her plate is that the programs actually vary the vibration levels more frequently and they go higher and lower throughout the program, not just progressively higher.
This plate feels very comfortable and is actually softer on the knees. It has a built in Bluetooth speaker that sounds decent enough, though headphones sound better. The kit includes two training ropes, which is great for additional workouts. Also, the plate has magnets for magnet massage therapy, for those who believe that provides some benefits. It comes with a remote, but no batteries are included.
Overall a very nice unit. High quality and feature rich.

I like that it comes with a remote so you can control how long you want to be on it.
I did ten minutes and felt like I was on it longer. The only down size is your head is shaking as well so that was uncomfortable.

I got this and it’s nice ! You can do full body workouts on it and not just standing on it! I love the fact that it comes with a manual with all guides! Setup isn’t hard at all and power consumption is medium! Comes with Bluetooth connection for music or listening to anything! Only inconvenience is when on it my body starts itching terribly from the vibrations but I can stand that !
