The good: This thing gives me a pretty good workout, I am sweating buckets at the end, and I feel the muscles in my legs are getting a good exercise. Good for cardio and lower body resistance work.
The rest: Putting this together was not too hard. I did it by myself but it would definitely help to have two people. Holding up the top piece while connecting the bolts is difficult with one person. The wrench key provided is not very good at tightening the bolts/nuts.
Once put together, there are small misalignments. The bottom feet are slightly off, and it is slightly wobbly when you are not on it. Once mounted, it is not too bad. The connections could be a bit more precisely aligned, but it has not got in the way of my workouts.
