Update 8/15/24: the treadmill ended up being a lemon so if I could rate the machine it would be a 1 star but the customer service from the company is 5 star so they get a 4 star. The company contacted me in a timely fashion and sent me a new motherboard. Unfortunately, the new motherboard didn’t fit the issue. The company gave me a full refund, only problem is now in stuck with a nonfunctional treadmill, have to figure out how to get rid of it.
I’m only giving this item a 2 star because once it showed up and I unpacked it and got it set up it didn’t work and was giving me an ‘E 08’ error. The user manual did not have this error listed so I had to contact the company and they are shipping me what they believe to be the correct replacement part to solve the issue. So we’ll see if the part fixes it and I can actually use it. What I like about it is that it is small so it doesn’t take up much room, the instructions were pretty easy to follow and I didn’t have any missing parts. It’s fairly light, so it’s easy to move around but it’s still heavy enough to be durable. I will up date my review once I can get the thing to actually work.
