Product works like a charm! Use the Google Fit app and select treadmill walking. You may have to put your phone upside down in the holder for better results. Hatch those eggs and get those candies!

Pokemon Go changed something in an update and where I used to easily get 50km a week on my walks from just doing normal activities, I went to 20km or less. Changed settings in my phone, and FIT app, nothing worked, got frustrated and someone mentioned these devices in a group I’m in. I figured $20 for 2 wouldn’t be much of a loss it it didn’t work.
Color me surprised as this sucker works great, tons of steps, hatched eggs, and both of the units shipped work with no issue. Almost feel bad for how well it works.

Poorly designed and overly hyped device doesn’t work at all. Instructions included in the box are about the same as what a 5 year old would write. Despite that seems like it should be straightforward but just doesn’t work at all. Specifically the swing device doesn’t swing automatically as advertised and is super flimsy. If there is some kind of hack to get it to work, I couldn’t find it.

Worked after 3 minutes of adjusting. Have had no problems, does what most of us want it do.
Cons:
Slightly pricey for plastic.
Not “silent” – it has a rhythmic pendulum rock. Can be annoying but also tells me it is working.
Sometimes shifts around, easy to fix but if you aren’t careful can knock into things
Would get again if it was cheaper. Current price for 2, it is just an alright deal.
Switch case. It is really cute my little girl will LOVE it. Only downside is that when the case that goes on the switch itself it won’t fit in the console to connect to the tv. –
If you are in a position where you aren’t able to get out like you need to get your walking points in then I highly suggest this item. It has been a game changer for me

My husband, kids, and I play Pokemon Go and when I saw the listing for these I laughed and showed it to my husband saying, “Wow, some people are really lazy! Just get out and walk, people!” Fast forward to a few Sunday nights later when I was just short of my 50K for the week and had a bunch of Pokemon eggs to hatch. These definitely did not seem like a dumb idea when I was sitting here shaking my phone back and forth like a crazy woman. Luckily my husband knew me well enough to go ahead and order us each one before I even asked. They get a lot more use than I’d like to admit!

I have 8 of these walkers, located around my homes so that my wife and I can walk day or night. The bearing failed in one of them and I broke the charging port in another.
I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max in a case. When walking with only one phone, I have to put a remote control into the other side as ballast or it will walk too fast and get an error saying that you shouldn’t be playing while driving – and not credit any km walked.
When walking with two phones, it works well but is noisy. It is kept waking me up for the first few months, but now I am used to the sound.
I find it challenging to put the phone holder back in the cradle at night without turning the lights on. The arms need to be spread slightly open when putting the bearings into the holders, which is tricky with one hand. You also have to be sure that the retaining strap is not touching the shaft close to the bearing or the cradle will rub and stop.
After walking for thousands of km on these, I have decided to go with an improved phone swing that only walks one phone at a time. The phone swing from SOLER is very quiet and very easy to put in the cradle at night. All of the phone swings in my bedrooms will be replaced with these newer models without bearings.
Over the past month I have been having trouble getting candy and hatching eggs. I finally discovered that I need to CLOSE the Pokémon Go app before putting my iPhone into the swing. Then when you open the Pokémon Go app later, Adventure Sync will sync with the Health App and record your steps.
I used to walk at night with the Pokémon Go app running, and my iPhone was drained in 6 hours. Now I walk at night with the app closed and still have a full charge in the morning.
I am mostly happy with my new SOLER walker, but there are still lots of bugs in Pokémon Go when using Poffins to halve the walking distance in Adventure Sync. Over half the time I don’t get any candy when walking my Mewtwo with a Poffin and very rarely get an XL candy.

Pros:
works well when you carefully seat the phone in the holder. Walks and hatches eggs easily.
Cons:
It measures your steps and messes up your health app on phone.
It’s comes unseated in the holder very easily. You need to set it in very carefully or use the rubber band that have included. It’s a little clumsy to deal with but it works.
You can’t charge phone when it’s walking and it drains your battery if you keep letting it “walk”.
Overall it works and does the job. Just slightly fussy to use.
