I bought a big name smart watch a little over a year ago and it died recently. They basically told me too bad buy another one. It was disappointing. I bought a smaller off brand smart watch but the app was eating up my phone battery. The thing about smart watches is that they count steps you didn’t take if your arm moves a lot. I work in an office and type a lot. This pedometer is perfect becaus I clip it to my pants and it only counts the steps I take. It’s easy to use and doesn’t require a lot of fuss. It seems sturdy. The numbers are big and bright . It’s worth the money.

Just started using this a couple of days ago. Delivery was very fast as it usually is with any amazon purchase. I just wanted an idea of how much I am walking. Decided to get fit and go for long walks along my road in the country, as I’m getting older and need to get more active. Nice convenient pedometer to have. Was inexpensive, and simple to use and read. I’ve just been putting it in my pocket but probably going to use the rope that came with it and hang it around my neck when I go today. Highly recommended.

This pedometer isn’t perfect, but then neither was my FitBit. It took a couple of weeks of wearing it to get used to its quirks and figure out how to place it to best capture steps. And I have to say that it does a much better job of recording my cycling than any fancy electronic activity tracker ever did.
I haven’t had it long enough to know how the battery life will fare, but the display is easy to read and it’s easy to clear the step count when I’m ready to track steps on a new day. Actually, I should say that it’s easy to clear intentionally. You would have to be particularly unlucky to do it by accident, which is a good thing.
I haven’t bothered using the lanyard that came with the pedometer because I prefer to wear it clipped to the bottom hem of my shirt or pants leg. The clip is very sturdy and stays put provided I take the time to set it correctly. I’ve had it fall off twice since I’ve had it, and in both cases I just hadn’t secured it properly. The pedometer wasn’t damaged at all, but in both cases it didn’t fall from a great height, nor did it land on something hard. This is only plastic, after all — I’m not going to push my luck.
Although I enjoyed playing with my Fitbit while I had it and got useful information from it, at this stage all I want is a basic step counter without a whole bunch of extra functions I’ll never use or an app to wrestle with. This one fits the bill and at a reasonable price. At it’s worst, it probably misses ~500 to 1000 steps per day, but that’s acceptable for my purposes.

It counts my steps, and seems to be accurate, and that’s all I really want. I had a fitbit, but the battery died after a year. I had smart watches with varying results. All I really wanted was a simple pedometer so I can keep up with my daily steps. So I got this one, and it works. I clip it to my pocket when I get up, and wear it all day. It’s small enough that I don’t notice it, and I got it in bright pink, so that I can see it if I drop it. It’s easy to read the display, and it’s inexpensive too.

O produto faz o que promete, mas a entrega deixou muito a desejar; basta ver as duas reclamações que fiz .

THIS LITTLE GADGET DOES THE JOB. WALKING IS MY DAILY THING AND I CAN SET IT, BY JUST HITTING A RESET BUTTON AND IT COUNTS MY STEPS. IT COMES WITH ATTACHMENT STRING AND IT HAS A CLIP ON IT. IF YOU DONOT WANT TO WEAR THE CLIP.
WHEN I GET UP IN THE MORNING I ATTACH IT TO MY SHORT AND OR PANTS AND SEE MY STEPS ALL DAY LONG. ITS TINY BUT IT WORKS PERFECT.

O pedometro está com defeito no visor. Os números NÃO estão visÃveis. É possÃvel realizar uma troca?

I am a young-ish 81-year-old, but usually am at my computer, writing books or watching/reading something. It dawned on me that I wasn’t walking enough and thought I would buy a basic pedometer. I bought this one and stick it in a pocket throughout the day. I knew I wasn’t walking enough, but I was really shocked to find that I was walking less than 700 steps a day! Since I have my pedometer, I actually get up in the morning and take a short, brisk walk, and every morning I try to add at least 50 steps. My friendly pedometer is a great silent motivator, and I use it to challenge myself to walk extra steps rather than taking the shortest route. It cost me about $12 but I have gotten more healthy steps because of it than I ever thought I could. Now, rather than dread walking, I look forward to the challenge!

For the first few days, this worked just right. But soon, I noticed it would just stop counting steps while I was actively walking and hadn’t stopped. It would just freeze for a couple hundred steps, then resume (but obviously it wouldn’t then add on the steps taken when it froze). This problem was annoying, but I figured that’s why it was so cheap.
But then, I was sitting down during a walk on a hot day. When I stood up to continue walking, I looked at the screen and it was pitch black. I took it into the shade, and it was still black. I shook it in case something got stuck. Still black, but hints of numbers showing at the edges. I ended up having to fully remove the battery (3 times), shake the device, then reinsert the battery to get the screen to clear. Of course, doing this meant I lost my step count for the day, AND there are still black spots coming up once in a while. I’m guessing that if I use it the same way again (walk outside, sit for a bit, walk again) that this problem will happen again. This makes the device functionally useless after just a couple of weeks. Don’t buy this thing unless you only use it in cold areas, and don’t expect it to actually give you your full step count.

I walk 14-16,000+ steps per day. I don’t need a lot of frills. This pedometer does exactly what I need: accurately count step. In addition, it is inexpensive. Recommended
