I have been using this rower since November of 2023. Since purchasing this rower, I have put 14,130 strokes on it. This rowing machine works great and I absolutely love it. I have seen weight loss with it while also noticing an increase in strength. The only two things I dislike about this machine is that the instructions for putting the machine together were somewhat hard to understand and that when I sit still for more than a minute or two the machine turns off. Otherwise this product is great for getting an hourly workout in.
