It’s okay — the instructions aren’t included, you need to access the product listing here for them. The WHOOP has to come out of its regular band and the little framework piece taken off for it to fit in the rubber strap. I originally tried getting it in without doing that first and it was tough. Once I did it the right way it was easy.

I like the watch band much better than the actual Whoop strap but this band does not come with the clasp/ band to tuck the strap into after buckling it. It was not worth the hassle of returning it so I just wrapped a rubber band around it and made it work.

Was skeptical since there were no reviews but bought anyway….the normal whoop strap leaves me with a rash after a few weeks of wearing (and just uncomfortable after taking a shower or swimming) this ultra comfortable!! I wish I found it sooner

My old Whoop band had become a bit worn out, so I was excited to find this replacement option. The strap fits the Whoop device well, maintains good contact with skin, and fits the battery attachment for charging just fine. The only problem I have is that the underside of the strap is a bit more uncomfortable for something meant to be worn 24/7.

I like that this is a waterproof band option that you don’t have to wait to dry like the knit Whoop bands.
However, as a heads up, the charger DOES NOT slide on easily. I actually just take the Whoop out of the band to charge, as I was legitimately afraid that the band was going to tear when I tried to slide the charger over it as you’re “supposed” to be able to do.
I also found this to be on the heavier side, which wasn’t very pleasant as I already struggle with wrist issues. Not a good match for me.
