Ver easy to follow instructions to put it together. It is easy to find a place for and it can be moved easily if needed. All ages can use it. One of my purposes yfor buying it was so that my 8 year old grand daughter could use it. She has been receiving physical therapy to strengthen her feet. She has been a tippy toe walker from a very young age. She likes it and it does helps her to keep her feet in a better position!

(EDIT : I’m adding a star because the company tried to help me with the issues. They weren’t resolved, but I really appreciated the company’s initiative to help me, with pictures.)
The metal piece for screwing the handles is not the same as in the pictures, and it’s upside down. If I screw the handles as instructed, the curvature of the handles faces inward, making it really uncomfortable for exercising, so we have to screw the handles in the opposite direction. Yes, it still works, but it really doesn’t look good and the finish is a little bit ugly.
Another issue is with the inside of the counter. I don’t know if mine has a problem, but I had to unscrew it and open it, to connect the small cable because I couldn’t connect it. The plate was too deep inside and out of reach.
Otherwise, it works well. It’s very light and easy to assemble despite the flaws. There is an extra screw in case one breaks during assembly. It’s adjustable in height, but I don’t think a very tall person would find it comfortable.
The resistance bands for arm exercises are practical and easy to use.
I’m taking off 2 stars because of the issues with the handles and the counter, and I also think the price is a bit too high for the quality.
But it works, I’m 5’2″ and I adjusted it to the highest height and I didn’t have any issues with my weight, the machine works well despite my 190 lbs.
For now, if it weren’t for the issues with the handles and the step/calorie counter., I could have given it 5 stars.
If there are any changes or if it breaks, I will provide an update.

This product is not recommended for anyone larger than a small child. It tips easily, so you have to lean forward to stay upright. The measure device/counter turns on, but does not work. More made in China junk. The tension adjustment knob does not work; There is a lot or nothing. It was shipped in a very cheap box meant for storage not shipping. It barely made the trip and was heavily taped by the carrier to keep the box together.

This has already started toning and strengthening my legs and I’ve only been using it 2 weeks. It’s easy to put together, you can feel your leg muscles working. I love it. Also it’s super quiet. I watch TV or listen to music while doing my steps, you can’t even hear it.

I have been using my stepper daily and enjoying it. Today it was making an odd sound and on inspection the support on one side is shearing off. Safe to say it’s no longer safe to use and I’ll have to find a different cardio routine.

Customer service was fantastic! They reached out and upon inspection it seems my stepper was damaged in transit. I was offered a refund or money towards a new stepper. I am very pleased with how quickly this was resolved.

Edit: I changed my rating solely on the customer service I received from this company. I sent them an email and within a day and a half I heard from someone who advised that it seemed as if my stepped was dented during shipping and offered me a full refund. Based solely on that, I most definitely will repurchase and have even sent the link over to some friends and colleagues. I would definitely say it’s worth a buy.
I got my stepper today (the one with the straps). Came assembled the only thing I had to do was insert the knob and get to stepping. Read the instructions front to back before even getting on it (yes I’m one of those people), twist the knob to the tightest it can go and got on. Imagine my surprise when the pedals immediately went straight down and no matter what I did they would not go up. I twist the knob in as far as it would go which wasn’t even that far and still nothing. Kinda pissed cause I was so excited to use it but right now it’s just a waste of money.
