Easier to put together than I thought it’d be! Excited to use it and see how it works over time. So far it seems good.

This is a terror to try and put together. The instructions are just a mess, there are to many steps combined on one page, the exploded views are tiny and you can’t really even read what pieces go where, its more of a guess work. It took me 2 hours to put it together. There are steps that should be done earlier. I don’t know who wrote these, but they didn’t do well. I think they should have spent less on the glossy paper you can’t read because of shine.
Once it is assembled, it’s pretty nice. Surprisingly, the screen isn’t powered by anything other than 2 AA batteries. It seems to work just fine, reads pulse, though I don’t know to what accuracy. The magnetic resistance actually works quite well. I had it on 3 and wore out pretty quick. Good low impact exercise for people that need to work up knee strength like me. Overall, I think it’s a pretty great machine.

This item was very easy to assemble. It took my boyfriend and I about 30 minutes and we were working out! The grips are helpful when you get sweaty. This machine is effective and easy to use.

The ride is wobbly, and very cheep feeling. The only reason I gave it 1 star, is because it does work, it you don’t mind the wobble. If it were not so hard to put back in the box, I would have sent it back, but now it’s a clothes rack! Don’t waste your money!

Putting this together was a challenge, only because of how the instructions were written and some illustrations were hard to figure out; however, I mainly used the illustrations anyway, especially to figure out where the different washers belonged…pulse handle illlustration was unclear to me, so did my best, after using the elliptical for a day I might have to redo this section since now the pulse handle is wobbly. I also found it difficult to assemble the spindle, where you have to insert a rod and put a “D” washer and screw; as I tigthen the screw on the right side, the rod turned and wasn’t protruding through the left side as I had so so I couldn’t put in the “D” washer and screw. Eventually, I was able to finish, with many breaks [my brain needed it] and wrapping my arm around the bars. Once completed, the product was very light and easy to move. If you go hard [fast] on the elliptical, it will wobble/move, as it does not have any suction cups on the stabilizer, might need a mat of some sort if on laminate floor. LCD display/monitor requires 2 AA batteries [not included]. I feel the written instructions can be improved on and broken down in sections with bigger illustrations.

This Elliptical comes with a manual with easy step by step instructions along with all of the tools you’ll need to put it together. It has 8 adjustable resistance levels so you can challenge yourself over time. It also has a digital monitor that helps you keep track of your Time, Speed, Distance, Calories, Pulse rate and scan.
I personally had a little bit of a challenge physically putting one of the pedal sides on. I don’t normally put things together so that’s probably why. However, I think that the instructions made it clear about how I was suppose to put it together and I was able to do it. Haha
I also enjoy using the elliptical and I have no complaints so far. I’d recommend this Elliptical for the price!

This Elliptical Trainer is fairly basic and requires no external power. There are six levels of magnetic resistance and you can definitely feel the difference in each of the settings. Assembly of the unit was straightforward but a little time consuming, not a deal breaker though. For the price, this trainer does what it’s supposed to do and I can break a good sweat after only a few minutes. The unit is light and can be easily moved using the wheels on the front horizontal base. The electronic display uses 3 AA batteries and gives basic information (time, distance, pulse rate). After assembling the trainer, I gave it a whirl and noticed that it was really “creaky” and noisy at all of the joints. I immediately stopped and re-tightened everything and the sounds were gone. Make sure everything is tight or else you’ll be annoyed by all the sounds it makes. Again, this is a basic piece of exercise equipment that doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of a much more expensive unit. That said, its a good starter unit if you intend to upgrade in the future.
