Bought this for my Dad who has poor circulation and numbness in his feet. He’s been using it for about an hour or two a day for two weeks now and he says the numbness is gone, easy for him to use and so worth the money!

First I’d like to say it arrived faster than estimated time and was packaged very well with molded Styrofoam packing. It comes completely assembled and is ready to use after installing 2 AAA batteries in remote.
PROS: Enjoyable to use while sitting in my recliner and works as advertised. Programs take all the monitoring away so you can concentrate on reading or watching TV. Programs include a warm-up and cool-down period as well as changing speed and direction.
CONS: The display is hard to read from your seated position, you must sit up erect to read it. The time, speed, counter and calorie units readout is self evident but distance does not indicate units so it is meaningless. Also I’m not happy that there is no “pause” . If you stop it and then restart it starts all over.
I’m a senior and bought this to improve my circulation and stability. After only 3 sessions in 2 days I can feel the improvement in circulation. I’m confident that stability will likely be improved over time. I will update in a month.
UPDATE: it has been 6 weeks of daily use now and the improvement in circulation and reduced swelling is evident in both ankles and legs. My daughter observed that I am walking better indicating that my legs are getting stronger. Stability is improving. It’s a keeper. Program P1 is my favorite.

I’m tickled pink to have found this elliptical!! Better than I thought it would be! I have RLS- restless leg syndrome- sometimes so bad I get no sleep. I feel like a zombie roaming my house since I can’t sit or lay down. This machine is perfect. Not heavy so I can move it where I need it and has variable speed as well as direction. The movement of the footpads are so quiet & smooth, it almost put me to sleep. I love it!!

Love the timer. Automatically stops after 30 minutes. It has really helped loosen my knees as well as my upper thighs.

I had knee surgery in July. And my knee wasn’t going to 90 degrees weeks after surgery. So my doctor went back in for manipulation on it so I purchased this to have when I wasn’t in Physical therapy.

Machine was great. Swelling in my legs went down and I had less pain. However, after 3 months the left pedal broke and I didn’t buy the warranty.

This is easy to use. I have even fallen asleep while it was running. It helps to keep my legs loosened up.
It is quiet to use. I watch tv, crochet or read while using it. I love that my legs are getting exercise since I find it extremely difficult to walk due to back issues.
