Now I will admit I was skeptical when I first seen this device on tik tok but after receiving…omg total game changer. The vibration is so intense, that u actually feel the workout after! I can’t believe I got the deal I did on it. Its really powerful and works, I’ve had it for five days and I’ve already lost two pounds from it and it’s noticable. Which is great, cuz I do go to the gym and have been having a hard time losing weight. So now I know what Im missing from my workout, the actual toning part of it. The vibration plates are sturdy, perfect balance. Despite it being a workout tool, the vibration is like a massage and it feels very therapeutic using it. I would highly recommend. Definitely got the value of the a lifetime, being able to have this tool on hand whenever. I will be using it everyday for as long as I can and it lasts! Satisfied customer.

This is a really good quality vibration platform. It’s is sturdy, not too big or too small, a really nice size that will fit most people. It’s easy to use and the settings are big for mature eyes like mine. The only downside of this would be the speed. I am 66, and not able to do anything too strenuous , lots of joint issues, fibromyalgia, etc., so I wish the minimum speed was slower. I would like to just do an easy pace for 20 minutes, just for circulation and I need a slower speed for that. My last vibration platform was noisy, this one is almost silent. That is great, because I always watch TV while doing it. It really helps me wake up in the morning and eases the stiffness I always wake up with. For the price, it’s a nice unit and I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their health and ease pain.

If you’re on the fence about getting a vibration plate, it’s worth it! however, this particular brand/company is probably not your best option. when the plate first arrived it seemed fine. however, very quickly (within a week or so) it started making an awful squeaking noise. the best way to describe the sound is sneakers squeaking on a basketball court. I did some research online to see if I could troubleshoot the issue. one person said this particular noise warrants a call to the manufacturer. I found the AXV website and went straight to their contact page. I clicked the link to email them and it redirected me to a completely different website that sells pool cleaning supplies, which seemingly has nothing to do with this company. There was also a phone number listed but said their office hours were Monday – Friday. It was a weekend so I waited until the following Monday morning to give them a call during their listed hours. Unfortunately, the call wouldn’t connect. It didn’t even ring, just said I call would not go through. I double checked the number, same thing. I was hoping for a quick resolution but since customer service for this company doesn’t exist, I have no options other than to return the machine. it doesn’t sound safe to use with that awful noise. Thankfully it’s still with in the return window. I loved having the vibration plate while it lasted so I’ll definitely be reordering one through another company.

It’s incredible to see my health transformation thanks to simply adding this into my day. I use it daily. I started at 8 minutes, then 10, then 15, 20, 25, and now at 30 minutes. I simply stand on it during my morning routine and not only have I gotten stronger, but my balance has improved, too. I got this in December and it’s held up perfectly. I put a small hand towel over the top of it if I’m barefoot or don’t want to stand on their pressure point balls. It’s not loud and has great preprogrammed exercises. Highly recommend!

I like the different preset programs but would also like to be able to raise or lower the vibration within those programs..however you can make your own custom workout and adjust it there..works great!
