I use this multiple times a week. I have no scientific proof that it is helping with lymphatic drainage but I can say I do feel better and have had less symptoms since using.

As far as vibration and wobble, it’s got it. I’m not sure if it is better than others out there, but it’s not as intense as those $400 foot massagers you can use at CostCo.
As far as the acupuncture dots, wow, they’re pretty pointy. They hurt when you step on them and then the pain goes away, but if you move, it’s like being poked again. They definitely leave marks on your bare feet, even with socks on. I don’t know if it’s really worth having them on there.
And the control panel is a touch screen, and the buttons are so sensitive that every time you shift/move there’s a chance you’ll just shut the machine off. I’ve used it like 10 times now and it’s happened at least 5-6 of the times I’ve used it. Plus the controls are so small that there’s no way I can read them while standing on it, and especially not while it’s vibrating. I read the instructions, looked at the interface, and I really can’t tell what all it’s doing, other than there’s an “up” button that makes the vibration more intense, and there are some routines (but how to pick which one is anybody’s guess).
I have no idea of the health benefits of this, but your legs feel nice and jelly like when it’s done, and that’s kind of a cool sensation, I guess? We’ll see if it helps loosen my hamstrings, quads, calves and other muscles?
As far as burning calories or actually being exercise, I can’t imagine this is any sort of actual exercise in itself unless you add the resistance bands and use it as a planking board with some of the poses included in the instruction book. You’re not getting “Exercise” by just standing on it unless you’re doing this for 4-6 hours a day, and then maybe you’ll burn 1.1x the rate of calories you’d have burned by just standing alone.

I ordered the Vibration Exercise Machine in May and it worked amazing for a few months but then out of the blue stopped working. The machine turns on but it doesn’t do anything besides light up and make a few noises. I’m finding it impossible to get actual contact information to report the issue to the company. The phone numbers don’t work and when you click the contact us button on their website it takes you to a pool maintenance company.

I had no idea how powerful this vibration plate could be. It is wonderful. It is also addictive, simply because it feels so good! I’ve been using 10 to 20 minutes a day for a week and can already feel the difference in my joints, lower and upper back. If I get tense all I have to do is step on this for a few minutes and the tension disappears. My muscles actually get sore like I had a good work out. Simply amazing machine. It is well built, very sturdy and stays put while using it, through the whole workout. I use it on both carpet and our hardwood floors. If your feet or legs hurt, use this while sitting. Your feet and legs will thank you. I can already tell it’s helping with my balance because it is working my core muscles. Highly recommend.

Everyone is looking for a little gem to get you moving toward your health goals. This little gem is a great health tool. Compact, with various speeds/programs. I see better balance after several weeks of using it and use the added stretch bands to build additional arm strength. Do you research on the benefits of vibration plates. A great price too.
