I have borrowed these from a friend, and they are wonderful! After using them for just a few minutes, my bum is very sore. The glide of the foot pedals is soooo smooth – I hadn’t realized I have been putting tension in my glutes instead of using my rotators lately. Happy to say that my turnout is as good (if not better) than it was in collage when I was dancing! This would be an excellent tool for dancers or even in parallel for working with balance and proper standing alignment. I agree with the recommendation to use them under the supervision of a movement specialist – Pilates, Yoga, or Physical Therapist, etc… – rather than on your own initially.

It works. It made a difference w/ my daughter in a few weeks. She used it 3 to 4 times a week. My only complaint is the quality. It does not feel like it is well built and for that I took away one star. We’ll find out after a few months.

These are amazing for developing greater self-awareness on where you are placing your weight on your feet! Sometimes I take my stance for granted, but this tool won’t let that happen. The exercises are deceptively simple looking. However, they focus on the muscles required to do them correctly, and it is quite exhausting! I really enjoy these things.
