I did the setup procedure carefully and when I attached it to my belt loop and walked 10 feet the measurement was off.
The next day I CAREFULLY went over the procedure again and made sure everything was correct. My stride was set at 23 inches: 10 steps were 19 feet 3 inches, so 19 x 12 = 228 + 3 = 231 inches. 331 divided by 10 = 23.1. So, I imputed 23 and made sure it said inches. I finished the setup, and made sure the “Steps” screen was at 0. I held it by my side and walked the same 10 steps and it said 16 steps!! I walked back 10 steps and it was at 32 steps!
