We bought this watch for my 9 year old back in March. She loved it and it was the perfect size for her wrist. Worked great. However it’s now October and the charging side of the watch just snapped off and is stuck in the end of the wrist band. Disappointed that this watch broke after 7 months in this manner.
The band has to be taken off every time you charge it so you would think this would be stronger or they would have made it charge in a different way.
For context, my kid plays softball and soccer. We take it off for these sports because they aren’t allowed on the field. So she literally wears it at home and school. Shes not a kid that is constantly breaking toys or ruining clothes so I really don’t think it’s because she was overly rough with the watch.

Received item fairly quickly as it was a gift. It was a big hit, especially the step counting function. The only thing I don’t like about it is the fact that you have to pull one of the bands off to charge it. I had purchased an adult model as a gift and after 3 months of pulling the band off and on to charge, the watch no longer worked.. Certainly hope this brand holds up better than the other brand.

This is the 2nd BiggerFive Fitness Tracker Watch I’ve purchased. I purchased my 1st one about a year ago in black. I decided to purchase another one with pink and purple bands as I really just wanted more of an assortment of colors in bands for summer. My 1st tracker is still going strong and is easy to charge and set up. The charge last about a week. I mainly use it to track my steps and tell time. It’s reasonably priced and has the basic functions I was looking for. I would recommend this tracker as it’s slim and modern looking for smaller wrists.

I gave this watch 2 stars because I like the fit on my TINY wrist. However, the sleep tracker doesn’t work at all for me. (I am a restless sleeper & usually up a couple times a night.) I am in doubt about the accuracy of the step counter as well. Having retired my Fit Bit Versa for this one (due to size) I have reason to believe this one in overestimating my steps. It does keep good time if you just want a watch & want to look cool.
UPDATE: I have upgraded this review after the company reached out to me in less than a week from this review being published. They explained how the watch sleep tracker works so for older people who get up once or more during the night most sleep trackers won’t work or will not be accurate. So problem solved as far as that is concerned. I gave an extra star for the quick company response. I would buy from them again.

This was so disappointing- first we couldn’t get the first watch to work and then when they sent a replacement it was obvious it had been used and there were scratches all over it.
Then the return process was more difficult and it needed to have it all neatly shipped in a box to UPS.
Not worth it.

This is a very good watch for kids at a fair price. Easy for kids to use with a few basic features. easy for kids to use and they like tracking their steps along with knowing the current time. Easy to charge and straps seem like they will be durable.

UPDATE* After my first review, the seller reached out and was very accommodating. Even though the window to either get a refund or a replacement was already closed, the seller was kind enough to make it right. The response was very satisfying and prompt. I’ve had the new replacement for a few weeks now and I can say that is still works perfectly, I really love the colors (purple & pink) and how slim and sleek the watch looks and feels. Thank you to seller for the great customer service. 🤗

It’s OK for the price. It does what it says, but the battery life is very short.
Update: the company contacted me and made some suggestions to increase battery life. When those did not work they sent me a new one. This one definitely lasts longer! So, if you are looking for a cheap alternative to more expensive options this one it pretty good and the company is very helpful!
