My daughter loved this product. We had daily steps challenge. And then one day (about 3 months after having it) it died. It won’t charge and won’t turn on. My daughter loved wearing it but can’t now.
After leaving this review, the company reached out to me and asked for details. They made some suggestions that didn’t fix the issue; the watch still wouldn’t turn on. Once I told them that, they sent out a replacement watch immediately. They have since followed up a few times asking if everything is working properly, which it has. This company has wonderful customer service.
My daughter really does love this watch. She was sad when it didn’t work anymore but was happy again when we got the replacement and she could wear it daily.

Our 1st tracker was such a success for our 4 year old, we bought a second for our 5 year old. We can’t get both to work on the app. When we add the 2nd device, it makes the first one stop working (we then have to restart the 1st tracker to get it to work again, deleting all the info for the day). To update (or try to update) either tracker, I thought I’d just have to change the account on the home screen, but I have to go into the device within the app & reconnect the tracker every time I want to switch to the other account. Sadly, my 5 year old quickly got an allergic reaction to the band (an issue I also have with certain plastics/rubbers) & I don’t see bands of other material offered. The first work(s) so well without the 2nd.

My daughter got this for Christmas and only wore it for about two-three weeks. We took it off and left it on my dresser while we were on a trip and so when we got back the batter was of course dead. We’ll I’ve had it on the charger with different outlets, plugs, etc for more than a day and it’s completely dead. Won’t even charge or show its charging and it wasn’t damaged in any way. Of course we’re 5 days out of the return window now too. Waste of money. Also was hard to keep synced with my phone. I liked the idea but should have splurged for an actual name brand or something different. Very disappointed.

We bought this for our daughter as a Christmas present. It was wonderful for a month until tracker wouldn’t hold a charge.
A quick email explaining the issue, and within 48 hours we had a new activity tracker at our front door!!! This company really stands behind their products and has the most amazing customer service. If you are in doubt of an activity tracker for you child, I highly recommend purchasing this one – you will not be sorry. Their customer service is fantastic.
The tracker is fantastic too. My daughter is having a great time trying to reach her daily step goals and monitor her sleeping habits. She loves being able to see everything on the app at the end of the day to compare where she was the day before.

Amazing for my son who has adhd. He loves earning badges, seeing his daily activity. It also helped SO well being able to tell time even though it’s digital. Highly recommend this considering he loses everything! We are going a few months strong on this being a daily task for him to remember to charge it, track his movement and not lose it. The only thing I don’t like is not being able to use the APP on more than one device. The heart rate monitor can be off, but you should not rely on that 100% anyways.

Overall my kids like them a lot. Battery lasts a few days as promised. A couple of issues I have is with the app not syncing heart rate, there are times I try to sync data and the HR will not update while showing last measurement up to 8 hours prior. Sometimes it doesn’t capture sleep, for example last night my kids were asleep by 9, however the tracker didn’t register sleep until 1am.
I also wish the heart rate was continuously shown. I see dips on my child’s HR down to 50 sometimes, but the measurements are only taken every 5 minutes or so, so I can’t see if the rate actually got that low or if the was an error with the watch

App was easy to install. The time matches the time on my phone once it’s synced. I needed a simple activity watch for my 8yo that wouldn’t receive calls or texts from my phone. All he wanted was something to tell time and count his steps; this is perfect. He also enjoys using the stopwatch and heart rate monitor. Fits his small wrist just fine.

Aguanta el agua sin problemas y de momento es lo que esperábamos. Por ponerle una pega no tiene cuenta atrás, pero por lo demás todo bien. La pulsera se podría mejorar y si la vendieran suelta sería un acierto.

Thought this would be a great starter fitness tracker/watch before buying my 6yo a fitbit…it was cheaper and we could assess how he would use it and take care of it. Also, we liked that it was cheaper for this purpose. My son loved the watch/tracker at first until about the 3rd day- then it has gone downhill. The battery power is super poor- doesn’t make it an entire day before needing to be charged. On top of that, a few times when I have synced his watch with my phone, it reset everything causing him to lose the step count earned up to that point for the day. Also, we will notice that the watch is 2-3 hours off with the time, unless I sync it again… thus losing the data. The inconsistency of effectiveness is frustrating, especially when the kid is 6 and was super excited about this. At this point, we’ve had the tracker/watch for about 3 weeks and it has been nothing but frustration for him and me. Complete waste of money….I’m now spending another $60 to buy a real Fitbit…which I should have just done to begin with.

I bought the Vigor2 for my son to help encourage him to be more active and monitor his daily steps and sleep. He has taken to it quite well. The product has performed as advertised and battery life has held up quite well. He can customize the screen graphics and use the app on his iPad to track his progress.. It’s simple to use and has a nice dashboard showing the details.
Recently the band ripped apart at the top as my son was removing it. This happened less than three months of ownership and was rendered unusable. I contacted BIGGERFIVE not expecting much. To my surprise, customer service responded within the hour and offered to send me a replacement at no cost!!! In addition to a great product, you get the support of a company that stands behind their products. Great value, great product and great service.
