I shopped for weeks and read reviews and settled on this one! It is the best! Bluetooth connectivity, remote control, MULTIPLE speeds, it’s hard to stay off of it!

My chiropractor uses a vibration plate at her office so I figured I would get one for the house. This plate is heavy duty and worth every penny. The extra attachments make it easy to work out. The only down side is the remote control. It’s very cheap and most of the buttons don’t work right out of the box.

I purchased this I really enjoy the high quality that provides. I’ve used it a couple times and my muscles were sore everywhere on the body it was it will be perfect for before massage exercise. Also before work exercise to prevent injury. Get one of these to tighten the muscles and lose the pounds or at least get your curves back.

So I was initially impressed with how much stronger this was compared to my original one. The size makes it more stable for squats and exercises. BUT the raised walking, jogging, and running labels on the rubber are higher then the tread, sharp and poorly placed. It is painful to stand on without shoes, which is the only way I use it. No matter where you place your feet they are rubbing in.

This is my 1st experience with a Vibration Plate exercise equipment so I had no idea what to expect! I am a senior exerciser so I was not looking to use the equipment at its highest capacity!! After 3 times using this equipment I can honestly say I am very impressed. I am sleeping better and my energy level has increased. Setting up the equipment is easy and it is fun to use- the Remote control makes changing intensity fast- it connected smoothly to my Bluetooth so I had great music-the equipment was easily moved where I wanted it and I look forward to using it ! All big reasons to purchase exercise equipment! I am VERY happy I made this purchase!! I started out on Level 1 and after 3 times using I am now on Level 3. I do not use the Jogging mode foot placement but maybe eventually will😀
