I’ve been looking at these for awhile now and this was a great pic. I’m on my feet all day so I’ll sit on the sofa just for the massage part. It’s quite sturdy and small enough to put it under the bed when I’m not using it.
Love the digital settings and the remote is nice.. I would recommend!

Works well, very sturdy. Multiple features and having a remote is wonderful for easily changing settings and modes while using. It has been enjoyed by the whole family. Everyone is benefiting from the many health benefits. Small enough to stow away when not in use

Looked like fun at first and really shakes your whole body. My wife used it at half speed for 10 minutes, then ate dinner shortly after that, then 10 minutes later she suddenly had to vomit real bad. So I Googled

All kinds of side effect of using total body vibration are listed. Just scroll down and you will see a bunch of similar articles. Pretty scary. This shouldn’t be sold unless it is under doctors care. We are returning it tomorrow. So, nope, we can’t recommend this.

This vibration excercise pad works great. This pad has multiple levels of vibration to choose from depending on your needs. This pad also has magnetic ball in bedded where you put your feet to help get your circulation moving. The vibration work well to loosen tight muscles and also improves circulation. With proper blood flow, muscles are not as tense, therefore are less painful after a workout. Makes you feel good all over.

The BZK Vibration Plate Exercise Machine is a good overall quality and price. Upon receiving the machine, I can say it was packaged in a large, sturdy box very securely with molded styrofoam surrounding the entire machine.
The various speeds and vibration levels are helpful because as my fitness level progresses the machine can be adjusted to my progression.
The remote controller is convenient to use as iI am standing on the machine. Also, I like that I can adjust the amount of time for my work out easily.
The machine seems sturdy and well-made at a good price.

After using this for a minute now I’ve had it since August of sometime. It helps me with my energy daily! I use it for 10 mins in the morning and 10 in the evening for now but I love it so far . It’s helped reduce my back and random leg pains as well. I have a kettle ball that I use with it . It’s easy and fun to use and I’m at 221lbs and it’s very sturdy.

The best part about this machine is the adjustable vibration levels. I like that I can start with a lower setting and gradually increase the intensity as I get more comfortable. It makes the workout feel tailored to me, which is motivating. Even on busy days, I can fit in a quick session and still feel like I’ve accomplished something.
