This product was not satisfactory to my expectation. I reached out to the seller for a refund and there has been zero response from them. I now await for Amazon and the efile method which is going no where at the moment.

This is so easy to assemble – literally connecting the front and back half right out of the box – took all of a minute to get it set up and the electronic device and the resident app is extremely intuitive – really don’t need an instruction booklet – but one is provided just in case.
Product is rock-solid and the pull is super smooth and the device overall is well manufactured with quality components.
