The walking pad, no assembly required and pre oiled. It is not loud at all so that i can listen to music, watch a podcast out tv with blasting it.
I love that it also has an incline for more aerobic intensity and the wheels make it easy to move. I use the countdown for the timer so i walk a preset time. It counts calories and distance also and speed. The display is a nice size and easy to see.
I have been to the gym and this walking pad is a quality machine with out the space hogging of a large treadmill.
Also comes with oil and tightening tools.
