My cousin had a Chi machine when I visited her. It was very well made and had an auto shut off (not a deal breaker). I should have asked her the brand, but hers did not have a variable speed which I thought was a plus for this one. I really want to like this, and I like the concept. This is not as well made, but perhaps hers was more expensive. The first one of these I rec’d for Christmas had a crushed core disk. Amazon sent a new one out immediately. The second one had a broken remote. I just think this particular style or brand is not durable. I’m afraid my grandson is going to break the remote on this one as it already sounds like there’s something rattling inside…

My adult children were skeptical when the “Swing Machine” arrived. I had tried one a few years ago and remembered having felt that it had helped me get emotionally and physically centered. So I bought this one and hooked it up. A few days into it, one of the kids came by and saw me using it. I explained that it was a “Chi Machine” and she tried it. Now, every time she comes over she asks if she can “oscillate”. I suspect she’ll be buying her own soon.

I love my Chi Machine! I have been dealing with poor lymph flow in my left leg since I was a teen. There is no cure or medication for lymphedema. During the pandemic I had time to do a lot of research and decided to add this machine to my routine of lymph massage and supplements that I came across in my research. The machine shuts off after 15 minutes. My legs tingle and feel alive. The swelling in my left leg and foot has diminished, the hard skin on my toes is starting to look less like a rhino and more human. Start slow with the vibrations. Full speed isn’t necessarily better. The only downside is even with the ankle padding, I have scar tissue in my right ankle from a severe sprain years ago that smarts a bit when it bangs against the machine. The padding on this Chi machine is a thousand percent improvement from one I used at a massage therapist pre Covid. She set that one on full blast and the remote to adjust it was not within reach. If you have sensitive knees or tend to hyperextend like I do, put a pillow or yoga bolster underneath for support. I haven’t tried the core disc yet. It’s small and since I’ve had my spine fused, it’s tough to keep my balance with my feet together. The machine itself was money well spent.

I was looking forward to the machine using it, but I had a bad hip replacement. 07. The doctor broke my pelvic and had to put a metal plate with bolts and screws so I think using that machine messed with it the first time I used it now. I’m scared to use it next. I have to return it.

Works well no strange sounds, price made me worried but if u have hip replacements like me and back pain leg pain this is machine for you.. saw it on better call Saul for years and thought it was some joke prop! But yes I got it and first time using it u can feel the blood flow everywhere in ur back legs… 15 minutes a day start slow peak fast end slow… actually works great for people with hip/back problems or even if u just want to relax ! No co plains yet!

El aparato funciona bien hasta el momento, cumple con su trabajo, pero el disco con imanes para hacer ejercicio se siente de baja calidad, se siente muy débil y parece que se va a romper cuando me paro sobre él, quizá comprar el producto así solo sin el disco pueda ser una opción más recomendable.

A piece is missing off the bottom corner, so it wobbles. I tried calling the number on the insert and it does not belong to the company associated with the chi machine. I’m trying to contact them via Amazon. I’ve used my friend’s chi machine so I know the pain relief I get with it is five star. / UPDATE: a representative from the company reached out; they were able to send me the missing piece. It’s working correctly now. My ankles/leg do get sore from being on the machine but it doesn’t last once the machine shuts off.

I ordered one for a friend because I liked the one I bought so much but it’s MIA so amazon support says it must be stolen and I should talk to the local police. The local PD won’t take a report for theft under $300. If it’s been stolen or delivered to the wrong place I don’t have it and amazon won’t refund or replace it so I’m not sure what the point of being a prime member is? Good machine, bad delivery drivers.
