I was leary about buying a walking pad online. I took a chance based on reviews and some independent research. It was well packaged and actually delivered promptly. It wasnโt until I opened the package, read the manual that I realized they had sent me the wrong model. I texted customer support through the Amazon platform and the team was prompt courteous and quick to solve my concern. They provided a FedEx return label and the correct model was clarified and promptly shipped to me. I canโt say enough about how pleased I am with how smooth and professional the process was. The communication was great and I didnโt feel like I was dealing with some shady, strange company. The product while only used a few times so far, is solid and simple to use. The walking pad is sufficiently wide enough and runs smoothly and surprisingly quietly. I have placed mine on a thinner yoga matt on a wood floor. Perfect for the evenings that itโs too cold or dark to walk after work.

Easy set up right out of the box. Instructions clear. Comes with everything to maintain it. Works well! Easy to store. I have it up against a wall I just take the power cord out to store it when not using. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because I have a rather long stride when I walk so sometimes my foot meets the end of the treadmill. Which is a little frightening. I wish it was a bit longer. Other than that itโs a great walking pad for a great price!

The customer service team was really helpful and replaced my defective walking pad within a week. The new unit is working with no problems at all and is easy to operate, scoot around the room and store. Iโm happy with the experience overall besides the frustration and added steps of getting a broken one at first.
Was really looking forward to this purchase. It arrived today with no apparent damage and I followed the instructions but the machine does not seem to be getting power at all. No light on the power button and no light on the display.

I bought this on a whim to encourage me to exercise more when I work. It is small enough to fit between my standing desk and operate as expected. It has a nice remote to change your speeds that comes on a lanyard which is convenient. You are able to connect to the PitPat app that gives you lots of options for workouts and motivation. It is quiet enough that phone calls are not disturbed but you can hear operation in the room, it’s very quiet though. The surface is smooth and easy to walk on. The size is great if you don’t use huge stride steps and get off from your paced speed. The fact that it is small and lightweight enough to put up out of the way when not being used is a plus. If you are looking for an option to be easy to pull out and use this is a definite winner.

For the most part, the treadmill runs fairly well. Iโve had it for one week now, and it does make a loud sound in certain areas of the room even though I believe the whole room is flat. The beep transmitted from the treadmill when turning it on, increasing/decreasing speed, etc. is absolutely piercing and there is no way to turn this feature off so I would not recommend if you have sensitive pets or sleeping babies. The worst part of this treadmill is the app. It does not reliably record your use of the treadmill even when everything is connected to WiFi and Bluetooth. The โassistantโ feature for troubleshooting on the app is useless as nothing gets back to you after submitting your request for assistance. I plan on returning this treadmill, however, if youโre not bothered by the inconveniences of loud sounds when using the treadmill, unreliable activity tracking, and zero app support for troubleshooting, then this treadmill may work better for you.
