I don’t normally write reviews, but I love my walk pad so much that I wanted to share my experience. I live in hot Florida, so walking outside in the summer is not pleasant. I bought this walk pad on Prime Day as I didn’t want to spend a lot in the event that it was not a quality product. Boy, am I glad I did! It makes getting my steps in so easy! It’s small enough to put in the living room when I watch tv & easy to roll under the dining room table or move to another room. I use it everyday! It is a good value and the mechanism works great. My only wish is that it was a little wider and longer so that my tall husband could walk without hitting the edges (he has a long stride). Great purchase!

This walking pad is exactly what I was looking for. It’s lightweight and compact. I can slide it under my coffee table even. It is well built and easy to use. I had to contact customer service for questions with the remote and they were extremely helpful and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this walking pad.

This treadmill has seamlessly integrated into my daily routine. Its compact design allows it to fit under my standing desk, turning my work-from-home days into active, productive sessions. The assembly was simple, and its numerous features, including Bluetooth connectivity and app integration, add to its usefulness. I can easily track my performance or participate in virtual walks, which adds a fun, competitive element. The 2.5HP motor provides a smooth, quiet operation, making it ideal for conference calls or watching TV without causing disturbances. It’s robust enough to support my weight while still being easy to move due to the wheels. I enjoy bringing it out for a quick session or neatly storing it away when not in use. My wife and I share it throughout the day to meet our step goals, regardless of the weather. This treadmill is perfect for anyone aiming to stay active without hassle.

This treadmill performs excellent and i’m happily surprised. It is a little loud but with some headphones on it’s not a big deal.

This walking pad is extremely convenient. It has allowed me to walk consistently everyday because I don’t have to go to the basement gym and be away from my family. It lives in the living room and is easily stowed away under the couch within minutes. It’s quite as can be, considering it’s a machine with a major moving part (the belt).
Pluses:
1) it’s quiet. I received a loud one at first, I returned it and got a replacement and it has been great.
2) it’s moveable. This is a sturdy machine. It has to be or it can’t support your moving weight. However, the casters at the bottom on one side (for safety) allow it to be moved and slide under furniture with ease.
3) unlike some other ones, this particular model shows distance in miles, not kilometers. That’s a plus for us Americans. We don’t have to convert our mileage.
4) trouble shooting is simple. If the belt is bearing left while you walk, you just crank it with the provided wrench and it immediately corrects itself. If you do too much, you just adjust the other side. It took me 5 seconds to do it and it hasn’t gotten misaligned again. I’ve done 75 miles on it after.
Cons:
1) it’s narrow. But that’s by design. It’s meant to be narrow so that it’s portable. This isn’t a full sized treadmill so don’t expect it to be. That also means that you must pay attention. If you are not centered, you WILL fall. I did – twice. Instead of returning it and getting a model that has handle bars, I just put two chair backs on either side and use them to keep my balance.
That works for me but it is a compromise and if I had it in me to return it, I would pick the handle bar model. But I do have bad balance to begin with. So use your judgment.
2) it does NOT keep time. If you accidentally press “stop”, it will stop withOUT a recorded time or distance. So if you’re keeping track of your progress, you won’t know how many calories, distance, or time. I find this one the most annoying of the flaws. I make it a point to glance at my time and distance BEFORE I end my session.
3) you must use the remote to stop, start, increase or decrease the speed. The remote has a loose wrist band so I wear it on my wrist while I walk. You can also thread it through a lanyard to keep it hands free.
4) it does not have an emergency stop button to pull.
All in all, I recommend this walking pad for this price point. I would probably have gotten a different model for my specific needs, but as it stands, I’m happy keeping this one.

Ce tapis de course est parfait pour l’usage que j’en fais. Il me permet d’atteindre mon but de 10 000 pas par jour. Il n’est pas bruyant, il est intuitif, l’application reliée est très ludique. Je recommande ce produit.
This treadmill is perfect for my daily use. It allows me to reach my 10K steps a day goal. It’s not noisy, it’s easy to use and the PitPat app is really fun. I absolutely recommend this product.

UPDATE 2: I received the information needed to return the non-working treadmill. I received my new treadmill on Saturday, 8/3/24. I was able to set it up and try it out. I have been able to use it for 3 days. I have only used it for 30-45 minutes each day. So far, it is continuing to work well. I would like to send a shoutout to Soko from Deerrun’s Customer Service. She has been in constant contact to make sure that I knew the status of the new treadmill and that I was able to get it up and running. Even though I wasn’t thrilled with the customer service through the Deerrun site, at first, I can now confidently say that the customer service I have received since reaching out through Amazon has been amazing. I would definitely recommend this treadmill from this company, at this time!
UPDATE: I finally heard back from Tech Support. The issue can’t be resolved remotely. They offered a refund or exchange for new treadmill. They will send the shipping label for me to return the current treadmill. Because of the other great reviews I have read about this treadmill, I am going to try the exchange. Maybe it was just a one-time thing that I got a bad treadmill? Will update post with more info.
I followed the instructions for proper set up. I used the treadmill for 30 minutes. I paused it using the remote. When I came back, I started it up using the remote control and walked for 2 minutes. The treadmill shut off, beeped and showed an “Er 13” code. I looked in the manual and it said to “ascertain whether the treadmill is experiencing severe interference from external signals.” I couldn’t find any additional information in the manual about what that means or how to “ascertain” the interference. I called customer support and they asked me to send an email with pictures of the error code and the model number. I sent it Thursday morning and have yet to receive any contact from the company. I checked the FAQ’s on Amazon and several things said to refer to the manual to find the reset button, find the internal breaker, or check for loose wires around the motor. However, I couldn’t find anything in the manual that showed where or how to find those button or how to access the wires around the motor.
I called customer support today. They said they would make sure Technical Support addresses the issue and I should hear back within 24-48 hours. I will update my review when/if I hear back from Tech Support. Right now, I am completely unhappy!

De wandelband is van heel hoge kwaliteit en werkt super met de PitPat app.
De klantenservice is zelfs nog beter. Makkelijk te contacteren en lossen je probleem snel op.

I bought this because I love reading but always find that with my busy schedule, I have no time to read and get my steps in. It was always one or the other. I was inspired by someone online who suggested getting a walking pad so you can read and walk at the same time. I have lost myself for hours at a time and walked more in a day than I have in months. Right now I’m getting around 20,000 steps a day whereas before it was between 7,000 – 10,000. Would 100% recommend it if you’re someone who likes reading or watching TV but also just wants to go for a walk. This is the best of both worlds without a doubt!
As for the walking pad itself, it’s great! Lightweight, relatively quiet, and sturdy. It is just a bit short for the tall girlies who have a wider stride. I’m 5’8″ and it’s perfect but I have a friend who’s 6’3″ and she had to shorten her stride a bit but said it was relatively easy to do and didn’t affect her much. It was slightly higher at the motor than I’d hoped so it didn’t fit under my couch, but it’s so light I just stand it up against the wall behind our recliner when not in use.
