I bought two of these. One for my husband and one for my son. Both work well, but my son shattered the face of his watch within a month of purchase.

This watch feels secure and sturdy from the day I bought it. It also hasn’t had any issues at all during or after my swimming sessions. I’ve even gotten a few compliments.

My watch came with an easy to read English language instruction manual, which you will need as the adjustments and functions are not intuitive.
I took other reviews’ warnings about water damage seriously, but for the price thought it worth the risk. I wore it under light-weight, long sleeve Orvis rash guards while playing in rough surf on the Outer Banks in North Carolina. These are among the stronger wave action areas of the East Coast. I never swam deeper than a few feet so I didn’t test its water pressure resistance, other than whatever the crashing waves generated through the rash guard’s cloth. Again, this is a very economical watch, and I think it is a good value.

The only issue you should consider in a watch that has both digital and analogue views is that the analogue might obstruct the digital.
