I don’t think this is a weight loss item. Yes it comes with resistance bands but this is very nice after a workout to kind of loosen up your muscles. You find these machines in the gym but usually I have walked around them because I never see anybody on them. Now I can see the value of it and gyms really should encourage members to use the machine that is there. The vibration makes my back feel better when it’s tight.

Super easy to use and kind of fun. Amount of vibration can be adjusted by the machine or by moving in different ways. I have used vibration plates at the gym and this one does all they do but has higher intensity settings. Price seems pretty reasonable. I am using it on concrete floor in basement and found using a rug underneath reduced the noise considerably. I Love it

I wasn’t sure about ordering this, but I’ve heard good things about these vibration plate machines. This doesn’t feel cheap, it seems well built. I like the range of vibration settings. It’s comfortable to stand on and it’s surprisingly quiet. I was worried the noise would freak out my dogs in the morning, but it’s really quiet. I don’t understand why the marketing of it stresses the handle and phone holder. I found the handle to be more of a nuisance than a help; but, if you have stability issues it’ll be good for you. The phone holder is pointless because the whole thing is vibrating. And honestly, you’re only on it for 15 minutes, put your phone down and focus. I also wish the instructions were better. The assembly instructions are horrible. Whatever, you can figure it out. But it says it has five different pre-programmed routines…what are they? What’s the difference between hitting play or any of the other buttons? Is the running person button better than the walking person button? I really wish they spent more time talking about the great features, and less focus on the handle. I haven’t found anything online that really explained the differences, so right now I just do whatever first comes up. I do squats and whatnot while I’m on it. I was surprised to work up a sweat! Despite the instruction issues, I really do like this and have been consistently using it since I assembled it.

I don’t like to do exercise, but it’s very nice! You can just stand, do nothing, but you know that it’s good for your body. Lymphatic drainage is very good. My feet in pain after long work hours. 10 minutes on it helping a lot. You just need to find a right place for it in your home.

When I first opened the box I wasn’t happy when I saw the amount of items that I had to put together 😮 And the metal handle plate was scratched, probably from the pointy end of the “Installation Tool” which went through plastic zip-lock bag it was in. Fortunately, I discovered that all of these items are for adding the handle bars/stand to the vibration plate. It’s not needed and I have not added it. I can stand on vibration plate fine and feel perfectly balanced. I suppose if you were older or didn’t have good balance, you’d need something to hold onto.
Also, this unit is heavier than I expected and not easy move around/take out every time I want to use this, even with just the vibration plate/base. And one of the main issues here is the cord – it’s VERY short. Unless you are right next to an outlet, you will need a 3-prong extension cord. The Remote Control is a nice addition so you can change settings while using this without having to bend over and push buttons on base. Didn’t come with batteries though 🙁 and it is a bit confusing to use at first. Some of the buttons don’t make sense and there are two “time” buttons that are identical, although one increases the time and one decreases the time. Also, you have to input the time BEFORE you start unit, THEN you can adjust strength of Vibration (on both base buttons and Remote buttons). It won’t work the other way around. There’s also two different power buttons, one red, and another on base that you have to turn on before unit will work. And like other reviewers wrote, not good instructions at all – very confusing display/remote. Also, there’s NO mention anywhere of how long to use this, how often, what exercises to do on it, etc. This should have come with a picture diagram of the different exercises you can do on here.
Now the positives – It does feel nice after using, body feels tingly and energized. Definitely helps with circulation.

I use this machine at the chiropractor and wanted one at home. This is a great machine for overall well being and good to incorporate into your fitness routine. The machine is good for weight loos and toning, and good for lymphatic drain. I like the vibration plate and have seem noticeable results. It has toned my legs, core and arms. I feel reduced swelling and bloating too. Great for people that want a low impact exercise.

I use it as part of my recovery and healing protocol for my semi intense crossfit exercises. Easy to put together and the stand works nicely. Depending on the day, I may increase power or time but even at lower intensity, this machine is powerful.

This is a nice vibrating plate. The first one we received was missing screws so I improvised and used some screws that were very similar which didn’t really work, it left the piece loose. When it was all put together it didn’t work. There was power to the vibrating plate but no display would light up and it would not vibrate. They immediately sent out another one and received it the next day. The second had all the parts and was easy to put together. The handlebars mount to a steel plate that mounts to the underside of the vibrating plate. On the handlebars, there is a plastic phone holder which is useless (the reason for the 4-star), whatever you put on there vibrates right off despite the rubber circle in the middle of the holder. The handlebars are wobbly and are basically there for balance. Not meant to hold weight at all. It does work well and it comes with a remote so you don’t have to bend down to turn it on or adjust the vibration.
