Comfortable, easy to operate, the seat portion is fantastic for my elderly mother. I purchased this for my mom who has Parkinson’s, it helps keep her circulation up since her mobility is decreased.
I use it in the morning to kick start my body and at night before bed on a daily basis. Noise level is low enough to easily watch TV or listen to music.

I purchased this particular vibration plate after doing a bunch of research. Ive had it for well over a year and still just as happy with it. There are so many benefits to getting your body shaking, it’s great for lymphatic drainage, a good workout, circulation, the list goes on. Not only is it amazing, it’s fun. My kiddos love it too.

I like this vibration plate. Works great for me, either sitting or standing. Using it every other day for 15 minutes to start off. I feel like my flab is tightening up, for one thing, but more than that it is helping the swelling beneath my knees tremendously. I have only used it four times so far. This is just what I needed and it is light enough to move around, unlike the last unit by another manufacturer that shorted out the second time I used it. For that reason and hundreds of other complaints of these type machines breaking, I did get the extra warranty and after I figured out that it is called an EiLison not Ellison, I was able to go online and register the warranty. So far, I am happy with my purchase.

Just received this vibration plate yesterday evening. I was excited to use it straightaway, so I plugged it in, tried to make sense of the manual, and then just turned it on.
At first, I was elated that it didn’t make me dizzy, nauseous, or cause my legs to itch… Until the novelty wore off and I realized the high-pitched sound I mistook for tinnitus was coming from beneath the vibration plate.
I tried to take video to capture the noise, but each time I turned the plate on with the remote, it changed the color of my LED bulbs, which confused me even more.
I reached out to Eilison and the first suggestion was to tighten screws on the device. The only screws easily accessible are on the underside of the seat, which doesn’t help because the noise occurs with or without the seat attached.
The only other screws I can see are in the small gap on the underside, between the base and the silver top, and they are not accessible for tightening.
Since I was not able to attach the video to the customer service representative message system, I am sharing it here, in hopes that another user has found a solution or can recommend a user-friendly fix.
I want to use this vibration plate to improve my health, but the high-pitched noise is driving me to distraction. None of the videos I’ve seen here, or on YouTube, mention anything, so I fear mine may just be defective.

I love how this is like a massager in a way, the vibrations feel great. Other remotes can effect the control though.

Liked the detachable seat. This machine is good for my stiff lower back and frozen shoulder by grabbing onto the built-in handles. Also, there are more variety because I can do other exercises with the seat attached. Only drawback is that the surface is a little bit small compared to my Lifepro Rumblex 4D. The surface is also slightly curved if that matters to you. I also thought there were 10 programmed settings but there are only five. Overall, it’s a good machine.

The machine works fine I think I will enjoy it. I paid the same price as everyone else but parts are missing and sellers said it didn’t come with it. Picture 1 what I received, missing plugs on top. Picture 2 is what I should have received. Disappointed it was used and missing parts
