One of my neighbors I see when I’m doing my power walking has one of these and was telling me I should get one. I power walk 8 miles almost every day, and I wanted to add some sort of cycling to my routine and don’t like bike seats because they are very uncomfortable for me. So I ordered one and it came a lot sooner than I expected. It was super easy to assemble and use. I did one hour at the 1 setting from my recliner. I put a big pillow behind me to move myself up forward and found it comfortable to not only cycle, but I was playing scales on my guitar in front of the TV. This is a great multi-tasking device, I must say. Usually, I walk 4 miles in the morning after breakfast, and late afternoon after lunch. I did my hour on the Elipse and that was 9999 cycles. I don’t know what the mileage would be for that, and so you know, the digital numbers stop at 9999. Usually, when I check my blood sugar after my late afternoon power walk (4 miles), my blood sugar is anywhere from 85 to 130 when I’m done. Today is 108. So, I’m just guessing here, but 9999 could be somewhere around 4 miles. I’m still going to try to get my 8 miles a day in, and figure out what time of day to use this device. I like it and can’t recommend it enough for just about anyone.

Works well love the remote control its nice and quiet I don’t need my hands to balance so I can read or shop on my phone while I exercise I love that it keeps the circulation going in my legs when I’m sitting for a while especially in the restroom 🚻 or watching TV my only real complaint is that for the price I should not of had to put it together I also wish it had either a charger or USB cord/port making it more portable would I buy it again I’m not sure I would have to see how long it lasts and how much it does for my RLS and poor circulation

This was a birthday gift for my spouse. His lower legs have circulation problems. Since he started using the Ellipse, his circulation is improving, and the swelling is decreasing.

Well made. Well thought out design. Has three speeds, you can adjust the rotation, in other words you can go forward or backwards. It comes with a non-skid mat, and a handheld remote
