This exercise bike is a great addition to my home gym. It looks great, feels solid and runs smooth and quiet.
It arrived quickly and extremely well packaged in a box much smaller than I expected. After unpacking everything, it took a little to assemble but instructions were great and all necessary tools were also included. During assembly, the excellent build quality of the parts and the sturdy fit was impressive.
I added a seat cover for added comfort and have been getting a great workout. The console is simple but is all I really need. Overall, impressive exercise bike at a low cost. Highly recommended!

As you see, I have two bikes. the stationary one I have just brought. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to assemble the bike. The instructions were clear, and all the necessary tools were included. I had it set up and ready to go in 20 mins. The bike is sturdy and well-constructed, giving me confidence in its durability. It feels stable during intense workouts, and the pedals have a good grip, ensuring my feet stay securely in place.The seat and handlebars are fully adjustable, allowing for a customized fit. Want something sturdy, easy to move, and comfortable to bike on? This is it. Wonderful for the price point and hits everything in the posting accurately.
Starting with the packaging — this was excellent. Everything was secured, wrapped well, and there was no chance of anything bouncing around in the box during shipping. Unboxing everything took a couple of minutes, and from there, the construction started. Thankfully, this thing was amazingly easy to assemble. No searching for a part number to know it’s screw Y into hole B — this thing comes with the hardware already installed in the slots they go in. All you have to do is follow the instructions to know the order everything clicks together. Even the tools they supplied are solid, not the usual at all. A+ on packaging and assembly.
Use of the unit is quite nice. It is, indeed, rather quiet. My husband couldn’t hear it one room over in his office while he was working! It’s not only quiet, but rather sturdy. My kids climbed on it and tried it and did those things that kids do — attempt to break everything. The unit didn’t even slide on the floor despite their efforts and they couldn’t budge it.
I enjoyed the fact that the unit is pretty simple to operate — increasing resistance, decreasing, braking, tracking distance, and adjusting the seat and handlebars were simple to operate and understand. A nifty little bonus — the tablet holder fits more medium to small size tablets.

The bike was on a $40 sale for $159.99. Amazon delivered it in one week. It came in perfect condition with no damage at all to the carton. I was very surprised at the weight being about 65 lbs. But what surprised me most was the packing of the item. Simply incredible job on the packing with no loose or damaged or missing parts. It actually took me about 30 mins just to get everything unpacked. Very impressive on the manufacturer! Putting the bike together was simple and took another 30mins. All tools needed were provided and they were quite nice tools as well, not cheap stamp steel/aluminum wrenches (these are worth keeping for other uses). Everything went together well and worked first try, including the electronic meter.
Setting up the bike for my usage was very simple and quick (i’m 6ft and there was plenty of adjustment for those taller and shorter). The bike is built very solidly and very stable when riding. It has level adjustments on the rear feet if needed. It also has wheels on the front for easy moving of the heavy bike. It has a massive 40lb flywheel which effectively feels like your riding a real bike outdoors.
Riding it is great in terms of the exercise provided and the level of magnetic resistance that could be dialed in. You will get a great workout from the bike whether you are an LSD rider or a HIIT practitioner. The meter has everything you need to measure distance/time/calories/etc… It even has a heart pulse meter built into the handle bars so you can keep track of your heart rate and thus your training effort without needing an external device. This is a big plus to me as the reading is almost instantaneous. The phone/tablet holder is ok but it doesn’t hold anything in it tightly and if you use a big tablet that may cover up the meter display. I use an 8″ tablet and it fits horizontally OK. I can then watch videos while I cycle (there’s plenty of them on Utube :-). The pedals are nicely built from steel and heavy duty and easily adjust to your shoes (Yes, you need to wear shoes as the pedals are designed for shoes not feet). Again, this bike is built very well and very strong. I don’t see it wearing out or breaking for a very long time if ever. There is also a plastic water bottle holder on the down tube which is great and fits most size water bottles you may have. The bike adjustments consist of seat height, handle bar height and horizontal movement of the seat forward/backward. That should make it adjustable enough for anyone. The handlebars are long enough that you can easily get into a crouching position for those extra fast rides.
The only other thing to point out is that this bike is EXTREMELY quiet. The only noise you hear will be your grunting and heart pounding 🙂 The belt drive makes no noise and the magnetic resistance never scrapes the flywheel for any added noise or heat. A big plus for those of us that exercise while others are sleeping.
The only cons I can see are:
1. The seat (and this is entirely subjective opinion preference) for me is OK though a simple seat pad will make it more comfy. I have gotten used to it so don’t mind it but others may. You can always get a different seat if you feel the need for extra comfort
.
2. The resistance calibration is non-existent. Its a simple free turning knob. To the left is less resistance and to the right is more resistance. So the resistance is truly infinitely adjustable, but you never know what that resistance is actually. Again for me that’s OK. I can dial in as much as I want at anytime and I’m not limited to just 10 or 15 levels of resistance. So I actually prefer this method. However, others my want a nice clicky 1-10 dial which may or may not be variable enough or fine enough of an adjustment..to each there own. I definitely prefer the infinite adjustment.
3. The pedals. If you want something you can easily ride with bare/stocking-ed feet, you will need to buy different pedals. I prefer whats there and always take my rides with shoes/sneakers (yes even water shoes work).
Overall, this bike is definitely 5 stars and a great value at its price point and even more spectacular when on sale! Highly recommended as a budget exercise bike that does what it needs to without all the fancy computers/screens/subscriptions and costs. Just sit your butt down and pedal away.
