The packaging was done very well, not a scratch to be found, instructions are very clear, assembly was very easy as well. Riding the unit I felt safe and comfortable, I am 6 foot and weigh 300 pounds, I found the adjustments very easy to do. There are adjustments on the floor contact points so you can make things stable if you floor is not flat, thing keeps the unit from rocking. Great product.

The bike shipped quickly and was well packaged when received. Parts are clearly labeled, minimal assembly required, and comes with all the tools needed. Perfect for the limited space we have. Right next to my wife’s treadmill. I’ve only had it for less than 2 weeks and have been having a blast riding it. It rides smoothly, has great resistance, and is easy to adjust while riding. I’ve already put over 30 miles on it.
