Solid bike for the price. Seat is a bit uncomfortable in my opinion.
Study, quiet, assembles quickly and easily.
Surprisingly good build quality for the price.
You’re not going to get the features and quality of one of these 1,000+ exercise bikes, but if you’re more casual or just getting into indoor cycling this is a great choice. I put my fire tablet on the tablet holder and just watch videos while I exercise. It has really been a game changer for my health.
You get more than you’re paying for with this item. It is good quality for the price.

Opinions echo much of the others here:
My first at-home spin bike. Previously rode in the gym or studios. Relatively happy so far and does the
job and is a clean-looking addition to the house.
Assembly – well packaged, straightforward, not too many steps, all tools provided
Build quality – well done, sturdy, stable and appropriate for my 6′ 230lbs, slight wobble in handlebars. Purely quiet which is huge plus, and still feels like a bike. The drop bars on the handles is a major reason I bought this. Seat is plush and comfy with plenty of horizontal and vertical range. Tension knob takes a ton of turns to change the level. Comes with an ipad shelf and water bottle holder, which I chose not to install.
Computer – sure I guess it tracks some things, but not really useful, and no RPMs, which is the main one for spin. Upcoming buy is a cadence sensor.
Resistance – perplexingly falls short here. Out of the box, the upper end isn’t nearly difficult enough. About a level 6 or 7 max. But I was able to tune the resistance by removing the plastic panel, and moving the magnets closer to the wheel (see photo) by experimenting with the tension knob bolt. Discarded the lower bolt as it interferes with the range. Gets it to a more acceptable top end. Next step down the road is to adjust the flywheel closer to the magnets via the axle bolts and hopefully up tension some more.
A real improvement on this bike model would be to lengthen the tension knob main bolt to allow greater range and thus increasing tension. And wider threads as it would reduce the turns required to change the resistance. Some attention to this resistance issue would make this an outstanding bike.
Workout – yes you can still get a good workout on this bike especially with the suggestions above. If tension not enough, ride faster or longer. I tap into Youtube guided rides and I get the sweat on.
Good luck and good riding.

I don’t write reviews often but felt like this warranted a review. Came very well packed – I was nervous because of the weight of these but it was well packed and protected.
Bike is easy to assemble, very sturdy, extremely quite, almost silent. Might be too heavy for some people to move on their own.
I chose this bike because of the heavy flywheel and the drop bars so it would somewhat resemble my road bike.
I did not install the tablet tray as I have a TV in front of me for workouts and the tray is a bit in the way of certain hand positions but that’s a very minor issue. The computer is definitely on the cheap end, but I am not using it as I plan to ride based on feel and using online workouts so I have no need to track miles and speed.
I also installed my own pedals and seat – this is OPTIONAL and I only did so to get it as close to my road bike as possible. The pedals are fine and the seat is (in my opinion) too big. FOR BEGINNERS – YOU DON’T NEED A HUGE CUSHY SEAT ON THIS OR A REAL BIKE. YOU NEED TIME ON THE BIKE TO GET USED TO IT AND THE SORENESS WILL GO AWAY. You can use any standard bike seat on this or just use what it came with.
TALL RIDERS: I am 6’4″ and ride an XL Giant road bike that is 58.5cm. You can absolutely get this bike setup very close to your road bike even if you are tall. Your only issues might be that you can’t rotate the handle bars towards or away from you, but they do move up and down. You also are limited to the crank arm length and position so you might not get your perfect pedal position. The crank is about 1″ higher off the ground than my road bike so I adjusted the handlebars and seat accordingly.
I am in the highest position for handlebars and seat, but at 6’4″, I have no complaints at the size of this bike for 99.9% of riders. For many other people, even if you’re 6’5″ or a bit taller you’d be fine without such an aggressive road bike style setup for this.
I did add some duct tape on the handlebar and seat tubes that insert into the frame to add a bit of stability since they’re up so high, but aside from a very little amount of play, they would still be solid and tight even without my added layer of tape.
The water bottle cage it comes with is super cheap but probably works. I had an extra that’s a bit more sturdy so I added that instead.
Only real ‘complaint’ is the drop and reach of the drop bar sections. They’re pretty far out so it’s quite an extension compared to my ‘standard’ drop bars. Most people might not really use the drop bar portion and it’s nice to have, just a bit of a reach for me at least.
Overall, I rode this for a while this morning and I think it’s great. Feels really high quality – the only ‘cheap’ parts I could see were the computer and bottle cage. I don’t like the pedals but they’ll work for most people and I think the seat would be a good upgrade for most people, but the stock seat is usable.

I picked this bike up since I have started going stir-crazy with COVID. I have 2 mountain bikes and throughout the year I put in about 2-3 rides a week for 25 miles a week. Looking around at the different brands and bikes I really went with this one because of the simplicity and cost of the bike. I would love to have gone with a Peloton or MyxFitness but the cost of the bike itself and then the monthly subscription is too difficult to justify.
Assembly was easy for the bike. It took me roughly an hour to get it together. The instructions are very thorough and have good diagrams to follow along with. Tools were provided for everything except for attaching the saddle to the saddle post. This attachment required two 1/2 inch wrenches/sockets to turn two bolts at the same time to lock the saddle on the post. It was probably the worst part of the assembly and could probably use an extra person to keep the saddle lined up with the frame.
I have only had the bike for 4 days, but I have ridden 45-60 minutes and 12-16 miles a day. The bike is quiet which was important because I live in a 3rd story apartment. It is stable as well so it does not wobble as you pedal or stand up. The tension knob has a wide range of settings from easy rides to quad burning regret. The display computer is very simple and shows all of the important bits of information, but nothing extra. I can’t speak to how accurate the speed, distance, etc. is as I don’t have a way to track it. The phone/tablet and water bottle holders are a cheap plastic that I may remove as I won’t use them. I cracked the plastic on water bottle holder just from screwing it onto the frame. The seat is a bit hard. I have not had a huge issue with it so far as it is not uncomfortable. Its not as if I am taking jumps or hitting technical terrain on it like you may on a real bike.
Overall I am very happy with this bike. It is a no nonsense bike that is perfect for just trying to keep moving during bad weather or COVID. You aren’t going to break the bank, but along with that you aren’t going to get a lot of the luxuries that people have come to expect from higher end brands. I say set the bike in front of a TV or screen with YouTube and just start pedaling. Its enough to get you sweating and have a good workout.

Received the product and I was shocked by the good quality and low price. Seems well made, solid and sturdy. The bike has some some weight to it and is super quiet. It is very simple to put together and it comes with tools for assembly, however, you will need a sharp box cutter knife or wire cutter to cutoff the plastic ties that hold the parts together. Unlike some other products on Amazon, the instructions are in English that is easy to understand and actually make sense. The bike is super quiet, has a simple onboard computer, and is smooth to operate. The handle bar and seat height is adjustable and so is the wheel tension. The seat can be moved closer or further from the handle bar. If you are a smaller person under 5′ tall, you may have an issue with the maximum seat setting not being able to adjust it close enough to the handle bar. If this is the case, you may have to look for a handle bar extension. I have not used it long enough to comment on longevity. If I have any issues, I will update my comments. Very happy with this buy so far and highly recommend it.

The pandemic has hit people so hard there were times when we wondered how life could resume to like it was before. In the fall, I came upon a good cardio website and worked out at home since my gym had to close down. This was my lifeline to mental health (endorphins), but without supervision I injured my knees again (used to play soccer) and had to seek physiotherapy. My practitioner recommended a DMASUN stationary bike as part of my rehab – a client of his loved it. I was priced out of the market for a Peloton and decided to treat myself with a more modest Christmas present.
About a month in, I was riding for 30 minutes a day and averaging about 12KM on the simple to use digital read out. It became a basement fixture, and that meant I could enjoy some good tunes without ear buds. The ride was pretty smooth and I found I not only could catch up on texts to people, but I could also read the magazines I had paid a subscription for. This me-time was precious and using a simple manual toggle to increase resistance meant I worked up a better sweat and drank more water. My kid actually saw me looking pretty comfortable one day with the tray propping up my smart phone and magazine underneath, she started riding, too!
This is when trouble popped up, and I don’t mean arguments about taking turns. As part of our warm ups and cool downs, my daughter started riding in reverse. I thought this looked pretty cool, we adults can learn a lot from what’s trending with ours kids and try to stay hip. However, I think this may have had something to do with the pedal loosening at the end of the crank set. The two of us mistakenly thought the bike was wobbly and suspected it was just an uneven part of the floor because we live in a pretty old house. The next thing we knew, that pedal came off and it wouldn’t screw back in. We were oblivious of stripping the threads in the crank set.
I had a neighbour pop over and take a look because he built his track bike from scratch (had parts shipped to his place separately), but he said unless I got a crank pull tool, there’s no way I could repair and/ or replace the broken part. He advised to call around, which I did, but bike repair shops kept telling me they don’t carry stationary bike parts, and it was best to contact the manufacturer directly assuming I had a warranty. Fortunately, my warranty was still valid but you know that sinking feeling you get (and the negativity of being stuck at home for two long) made think contacting DMASUN for a solution was a long shot.
Left with few alternatives, I emailed DMASUN and explained what had happened. Look for the silver lining, folks because it’s out there sometimes! “Nancy” worked patiently and promptly with me from afar. I supplied the pics and a lot shorter explanation of what had happened – LOL – and this DMASUN rep got clearance to send me a brand new stationary bike. The turn around time was terrific – 2 weeks – is a gift in itself, but when a company takes the approach that the customer is always right and delivers on the promise to make the customer happy – hey now!
DMASUN is doing its best to blaze a trail and I am grateful. Whether or not they know it, some of us riders really depend on it for our physical AND mental wellbeing. It helped usher in a physical routine for my kid, too, and parents out there, you know what I’m saying! Sitting is the new smoking. Our kids gained weight that we adults never did because of these extreme circumstances. DMASUN has become a household name for us, will it for you? I’m not sure how the baby-stars features rating system affects the overall rating, but I’m saying the DMASUN experience gives me the confidence that DMASUN is playing for keeps.
If you want to park your money with a company that takes client services seriously, then DMASUN is for you. Company products and services are not infallible, so the sooner companies address an issue and try to rectify it the more respect and loyalty they earn from their client base. Competition may drive a company to excel, but empathy for consumers defines a company’s public standing. Hey, sometimes the world isn’t such a cold and heartless place. Let’s cherish the small victories… like working off these love handles.
Thanks, DMASUN:)

The bike is very quiet! Assembly was quite easy, and the included tools were appreciated. Adjustments for fit work very well, and once tightened, the bike seems really solid. I’m a bigger guy, so this was a concern initially, but no worries now. No play in the seat post or handlebars. Feels very sturdy when cycling standing up. Resistance adjustments work well both up and down. Handlebars have lots of ways to hold, which helps on a longer ride to switch things up. The seat is very comfy, doesn’t need a extra cover or anything. Flywheel is heavy, which makes for a good ride. The pedals are good, and included cages. No SPD clips, but I don’t have the shoes for that anyways, and would get appropriate pedals if I ever did. The bike uses a standard pedal size so it’d be easy to switch out.
The Fitness Meter is a bit flimsy feeling, and I had the batteries and cover pop off when hit it accidently. Would be nice if it was lit as well. But it does it job otherwise. I am using the bike with a Wahoo cadence sensor and a Peloton app, so I didn’t really need the meter.
Pro’s:
Sturdy
Quiet
Comfy seat
Lots of hand positions
Heavy flywheel
Con’s:
Fitness Meter a bit flimsy, and hard to read in low light.
No SPD pedal

It’s no Peloton, but great “bang” for the buck.
I wasn’t looking to spend thousands on exercise equipment that may end up not being used in the long run. I wanted something that was decent to hopefully get me encouraged to get healthier but not break the bank if it ended up sitting in a corner.
I chose this model as there were many more total reviews on Amazon.ca than others such as Sunny and Chaoke. The reviews were overall excellent as well. At the time of my purchase in early July 2021 the bike sold for $375 CDN. I was really skeptical about the low price but the thousands of reviews and specs were good. Regular price was about $500 which is where I expected to spend. Unlike some other bikes in this price range on Amazon.ca, DMASUN bikes are not just sold on Amazon from some unknown supplier in China. These bikes appear to be available from various exercise stores/suppliers. Makes me think these bikes are from an actual exercise equipment supplier who has taken time and effort to design something decent. Not just a one off to dump into the Amazon market.
The overall weight of the bike and the flywheel were heavier than others in the same price range which should mean the bike would be more solid, smooth and stable. My bike does have magnetic resistance (older purchasers seems to have friction). The system is belt drive.
The bike came days earlier than expected and in very sturdy package. Individual components were nicely wrapped and packaged within.
Overall the build quality appears solid and nice.
Assembly was easy.
The bike is very sturdy, solid and appears well made. Welded seams look good and parts appear to be of solid metal quality.
The bike operates very smoothly and super quiet.
There was a bit of a rocking to it but was easily corrected via the adjustment caps on the stands.
The fit and finish is just ok. But I wasn’t expecting too much. For example, decals were not straight or lifting off. Not a big deal to me.
The handle bar post has a bit of a wobble as it is not rock solid in place. However, it doesn’t feel like it’s going to break or loosen or come off. I also have it set to the highest height setting, so the post is extended as far as it can go. This may be why it’s not rock solid.
The resistance has great range from no effort to really hard.
Motion of the flywheel and crank are sooth as quiet.
The bike is sturdy and solid to stand as you ride as well.
Overall, it has a nice look.
I am not keen on the toe clips and strap but those can be replaced easy enough.
The seat is just ok. I have no problem with it but may want to upgrade.
The monitor is pretty cheap but it does what it needs to to. Tells you time and speed and distance. I dont need any more. It also tells you heart rate which is pretty cool although I am not sure on the accuracy (via contacts on the handle bar and your palms).
I am 5’9″ and weight 200 lbs and have had no problems finding comfortable position settings for seat height, seat angle, distance of seat to handle bars, hand bar height. Although I wish the seat distance could get just a bit closer to the handle bars. I have the handle bars all the way up which can be of concern for someone taller. But, this position has me fairly upright whereas I think spin bike position is probably more leaned over. So maybe I just have the handlebars a bit high for my height.
I don’t plan to move it around but did test the wheels on the front stand. It moved very easily on the wheels with minimal effort but a bit awkward lifting the back end up and finding a good spot to hold it as I moved it.
Over all, this bike really has good weight, build quality and smooth and quiet operation. For the $400 price range (give or take) it’s great value.
Only time will tell if it lasts. I plan on using it every day for 30 minutes. I’ll add to this review in the near future.
