Ive used a shake plate before. It gets your blood flowing for sure. I get a little itchy during the first few uses but that goes away. It does feel relaxing and if you do mini exercises, it will benefit you more for weight loss. You can feel your leg muscles contracting, and your core strengthening to keep your balance.

A great addition to my home gym. Add a different element in my workout. Getting use to of the motion, very easy to set up, attract hook and use the remote.

It offers strong vibrations. It isn’t as big as the ad pictures show.
It feels sturdy, but I felt it tip a bit to one side or the other when doing squats on it, so I might need to be careful. It’s pretty quiet.
It comes with resistance bands and a remote control. The power cord is pretty long, which you need.
It comes with instructions, but they’re not as easy to understand as I might have hoped, nor as helpful.
I’m not yet decided on whether this is the workout or relaxation device for me.

The FEIERDUN Vibration Plate Exercise Machine may be smaller than anticipated by looking at the advertisement photos, I do not have that much room on mine, but there are some great features especially for this price point.
First, it comes with everything you need to get started including batteries for the remote. It is easy to set up and simple to do a search online for exercises you can do while using a vibration plate. Make sure your machine is on a flat surface and the suction cups are adhered to your floor or the unit could lift up/tip.
The FEIERDUN has a really nice control pad on the top front of the unit so if you lose the remote or the batteries die, it is still easy to operate the machine. This is not the case with all vibration plates!
I enjoy using the vibration plate twice a day on the 10 minute long presets. First I do some exercises, the machine also comes with a pair of bands that connect on the bottom near the top. In the evening, I like to just sit on it and relax. Even though the machine is smaller, I am able to sit on the machine and my feet/legs/butt don’t interfere with the control pad. I had one that when I’d sit and the machine would vibrate a body part would constantly turn the unit off.
One last thing, some machines have magnets under your feet, I find this FEIERDUN Vibration Plate to be one of the most comfortable to sit and stand on.
I also found it to be less noisy than others while using.
