WORST EFFORT ever by a “Renewed” Vendor, no effort at all.
I suspect the previous buyer sent this back in with the broken clip taped to the Fitbit, and no effort was done besides slipping in the “renewed” pamphlet provided by Amazon…..and then listed and shipped to me AFTER +20 days.
From the Vendor’s advert on the Amazon page:
“The product is refurbished and is fully functional. Backed by the 90-day Amazon Renewed Guarantee.
– This pre-owned product has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon qualified vendors.”
Note it says fully functional….well it is not if you cannot attach the braclet/band. Also says “professionally inspected, tested, and CLEANED…..does this look clean? There’s enough skin and DNA to recreate the previous user in there….yuck.
It also says I should get a charger with this….didn’t…..not that I am keeping this piece of junk.
It is Vendors like this one that give AMazon Refurbs/Renews a bad name. I get that sometimes folks won’t like something, doesn’t fit them, not as expected and the “renew” program gives the item a second life. This Vendor is an embarassment to Amazon, the Program, and an awful human being bent only on ripping people off. STAY AWAY……cannot be trusted. Ships broken junk

I’ll never buy another fitbit product. I purchased my 2nd fitbit after the first one broke (plastic where the band clips to broke). The first one I had awhile so I picked up another one, no big deal. The 2md one lasted 2 months. During the day the fave wouldn’t light up. Per the app it was still tracking my steps. When I got home and threw it on the charger it wouldn’t take a charge.
Onto customer service. I went threw the app and called them. Answered all the questions and completed all the requests. They said I would get an email. The email I got was that it’s not under warranty. And just like that I was out of luck and they haven’t responded to any other emails from me.

I was diagnosed with afib. This permits me constant status of my heart rate. The band wears out about once a year so I keep a replacement on hand. After about five years the connection on the watch to the band broke and I needed a new one.

It was alright for the biggest part, one of the connecters for the wrist band was loose i thought, but it turns, the little towers that the screws screw into was broken, so one side was just floppin around while the other was screwed in. Thankfully a precision screwdriver and super glue fixed the problem!

This is a replacement. Hubby wanted the same kind he has for a few years. But we are having a difficult time to get it synced with his phone. Since we did not purchase it at our phone store they will not help us.

The charger which came with the Fitbit doesn’t work. Fortunately I had the one from my old Fitbit which still works. I wish I could be sent a new charger. I don’t want to return the Fitbit, because it works fine. Can anything be done?

I bought a renewed product first time. The product and accessories came in great condition and work perfectly fine. As it happens Charge 4 is also a great tracker. So very satisfactory purchase overall.

This is my 3rd Fitbit Charge 4. To my mind, it’s the best one that the cimpany has made. At least for my purposes: hrs of sleep – this still needs to be adjusted, it starts my sleep around 3 am almost every morning and so I have to remember to write what time I’m going to sleep to correct it later. Other functions suit me fine.

I recently bought this refurbished Charge 4 at almost half the price and is as good as new.. Absolutely unused product. Accurate tracking. Have not used it for swimming yet..but I’m sure it will perform.. I was contemplating buying a refurbished product..but looking at the brand new condition of the product, Im really amazed by Amazon Renewed…
