This was my third Fitbit and the devices don’t work as promised. The tracking is incorrect by inflating the steps. I focused on counting my own steps from walking downstairs and out to the car. The step counter is way off. Almost doubled the actual number of steps. I’m soooo disappointed.

I had to charge three for about 4 years and the screen was very hard to read. I love the brightness of the charge 6 and the color screen is much easier to read

Love this fitness watch. Have an Apple Watch that I hate. Too complicated. This is so easy to use and accurate. So happy I ordered it. Wear it everyday!!

Nothing I’ve done in the last 10 years has helped me get more healthy than the Fitbit.
I used to use an Apple Watch until I realized it was 14 to 20% off on step count alone. Forget the heart rate and Sleep features. I would have to charge it at least once a day.
Now that I wear a Fitbit, I get a true picture as to what my sleep issues are. I’m able to track my heart rate in real time while lifting weights. I charge it once a week. It motivates me to keep my weightlifting program going.
Almost every aspect of the Fitbit and its application contribute to motivation.

Packaging was suspect, as it had been previously opened. The additional accessories were a nice add. This version of the Fitbit app was not as easy to set up as previous versions (e.g., Charge 5). So far, after a month of use, the Charge 6 has been great.

Love my Fitbit. I’ve worn a Fitbit for several years and this is the best one yet. Longer battery life and great display are the key things I look for and this device has it all.

The actual fitbit package was already opened although this was not stated in the item description. Also this doesn’t appear to be an authorized fitbit seller.
The additional accessories such as the USB wall charger (not officially sold by fitbit but included in this package as an “extra” were probably not UL certified as it stopped functioning within a day.
