I bought a black and a silver/white charge 6. The black one didn’t come with free premium membership for fitbit. It says it’s already been used. Then it was sent with only the small bands and I’m now having to buy the large bands.

It was lovely to look at but when I plugged it in to charge it, it came up with a lot of incomplete data still on the watch that had NOT been completely removed! Could not do anything with it, so I returned it. BUT, the data on the watch said it was a Fitbit 5, it was NOT a Fitbit Charge 6 which I had ordered!
AND (there’s more). . . I went back to my old Fitbit 3 that still worked and plugged it in to charge it. The data from that “new” Fitbit 5 transferred over to my Fitbit 3!!!! So now I’m stuck without anything.
