It remains charged for many days. It is so easy to wear and get data without realizing it is there. It keeps better information than my watch. Sometimes it comes off easily and others it does not so sizing it important.

It is really good and works good usually usually but I don’t think on the pulse ox that it is correct when I use my meter it is different than from the measurement on the right, but otherwise it is good

Edit: the app for this is so bad it’s not worth it. I got it mostly for sleep stuff and it is terrible for that. If I wake up it stops giving any data for sleep. You can’t look at past data. It’s dumb. Don’t recommend.

I got this because I am constantly forgetting to charge my Apple Watch. This is ok; not amazing but it’s better than I thought it would be. The main reason I got this was to track my sleep, which it does but not great. If I wake up and go back to sleep, it doesn’t track the second part. It’s comfortably and was only annoying for about a day. The steps are pretty good, although it’s higher than my watch shows. I’m happy enough with it and, for the money, it seems worth it.

For the prices it’s good quality. Tracks sleep well and has good battery life

So far it’s been absolutely fantastic. I am currently on week 2. I charged it the day I received it and have not needed to charge it yet. After two weeks I still have 45%. Tracking is pretty useful. I’m not sure how accurate the sleep is though.

I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about wearing this but I’m now a fan. First, the ring is lightweight and barely noticeable on my hand so it’s easy to leave on even when I take the other rings off. Second, I’ve appreciated the information it’s gathered over the last few weeks. Third, it’s very easy and quick to charge.

I like the idea of a wearable ring instead of something on my wrist. I’m really only interested in counting my steps and tracking my sleep. The pedometer seems accurate. I’ve tested it against my phone and a wrist pedometer and the numbers are basically the same. The sleep tracking function, on the other hand, is not at all accurate. It’s off by hours and at least two nights (I’ve had it for about two weeks) it didn’t track my sleep at all.

used it to compare with my fit bracelet. steps work very well, sleep not so great at tracking it, sometimes it works others its blank. Distance and and time are good. calories im not sure. its a lot less than my bracelet. But more convenient than my bracelet.
