I am an 80 yr old woman and assembled this by myself in 40 minutes. I loved that you didn’t get a bag of nuts and bolts. All the hardware is attached to the things they belong to and that made it so easy for me. Tools are included. It took a bit longer because I did this by myself and there were a couple of missing steps. I had to go to the YouTube video for the missing steps. It is comfortable and the resistance is easy to change. It has made a huge difference to me. As we get older, we have to make sure we concentrate on upper and lower body strength. If I need to run, I can. If I need to rush up stairs, I can. If I need to get up or down off the floor, I can. There are resistance bands to help with arm strength as well. This is a fabulous recumbent bike.

I love that it is compact and easy to use. It’s sturdy but not bulky. It feels safe to sit on. It meets all my needs and is comfortable to ride! The seat is very adjustable. I really like this exercise bike. Great value for money and highly recommended.

Bike is well packaged and comes with clear instructions. The bike is very sturdy and well built. It feels like gym-quality equipment and doesn’t wobble or make noise, even during intense workouts. I can easily watch TV or listen to music while cycling without getting distracted. The seat and handlebars are fully adjustable, which is important for everyone in my family to find a comfortable position. I can ride for long periods of time without discomfort.

My biggest concerns buying a less expensive stationary bike were sturdiness, having a fluid peddling motion, and quietness. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s very stable, feels like a normal bike, and is quiet as a mouse even when peddling like a madman.
Assembly was easy, but tedious. The instructions were kind of useless because most of the bolts are already where you need them to be and the instructions act like you’re starting from nothing. Don’t look at the instructions other than a visual guide, take a big piece, unscrew the bolts, pop the piece into place, and put the bolt back exactly where it was. Easy. The only annoying part is when you need to hold a bolt still and tighten the nut at least 6 times. It either takes two hands, two people, or better tools. It took me about 30 minutes after I turned my brain off and used common sense. The wheel goes in the front and the screws for the screen are already in it.
I’m not personally concerned with pulse, distance, calories burned, etc – and I have no other device to confirm it’s accurate.
It’s a stationary bike you can peddle to exercise, it’s perfect for an apartment because it’s quiet, and it’s less expensive than anything else that was listed at the time.

This is a really good product for a very low price. It went together quickly and hold my 185 lbs. well. Now if I could just convince myself to spend a lot of time on it.

I went with four stars because my first delivery came in a beat up box with missing screws. I had to go through the frustration of repackaging all these parts back into the box and returning it then waiting for the replacement. Luckily the replacement model came with all the parts, although one of the end caps with the wheels slips off now and then. The others seem pretty secure.
Assembly was relatively easy. It took me about 40 minutes. Everything you need is included like tools and batteries. They’ve also got a YouTube channel with a video assembly tutorial which helped a lot because the manual confused the heck out of me.
After assembling, I tested it out and it works well. Silent, decent tension/resistance from the bike and bands, and it feels pretty stable and durable overall. The seat is a bit hard and uncomfortable – you may want to consider buying additional cushioning.
I like that it’s relatively compact and can fold and be put away in a closet or corner. I feel like it’ll take a little bit of practice to get better at folding and reopening it.
I figure it’ll be great to hop on while watching TV or during winter storms when I can’t wander out to the gym. Good value.

This bike overall is pretty nice, very wide range of intensities/resistance for your workout routine. i think you can also adjust the resistance for the arm and leg bands. hold your feet in tightly during your workout, digital screen seems to be functional and accurate with its readings. but the arm and leg bands came missing a piece. i didn’t notice it was missing until i spent 2 hours building this bike and i am in far too deep to return this now. speaking of the instructions… they are terrible, it comes mostly prebuilt but in a really inconvenient way where you have to take everything apart again and the directions tell you NOTHING and not a single piece is labeled. that being said, i was able to mostly figure it out without the instructions. the seat is sort of uncomfortable, i can see myself buying a cushion for it in the future. also, as for space saving, it is small but i can’t for the life of me figure out how to fold it in half like they do in the pictures, ive unscrewed and pulled pins in all the places and it just doesn’t seem possible! overall im not mad at it for the price i paid, i just wish i had all the pieces i need.
