This scale is highly inaccurate when it comes to body composition as compared to some high end Tanita body composition analyzer models. I bought this scale for the connectivity to Garmin connect -which is great, but the data is just Garbage for a Garmin product.
As an example, I am a pretty fit amateur endurance athlete, kayaking, running, cycling, swimming, and Ironman racing. I am 6ft tall and 173/175 body weight -no fat and noticeable sixpack, and S2 randomly measures 22.1% or 18.2% while Tanita body scan measures 6 to 7%. For me, it’s irrelevant whether the measure is 6% or 9% but I am NOT @ 20% body fat! obviously, I sent it back…

This blood pressure machine is very user friendly and accurate most blood pressure machine is 5 points off in its readings. This one has my heart rate correct I know because my smart watch had the heart beats the same when tested. you should test first thing in the morning and in the evening when your body slows down or wind down, I haven’t tested it yet after a 7-mile walk. I have a Garmin vivo active 4 and syncing the bp index to my phone the data is save from both devices. I was recently at the doctor’s office and the blood pressure readings was as expected normal range in the same parameters as the Garmin machine. morning test 95/59 drinking water first thing in the morning helps my cardiologist says he doesn’t need to see in another 6 months! In addition, I tested it my pressure after a 7-mile walk was 123/78 still within normal range after a maximum heart rate of 140 bpm.
