I have a home gym and several pieces of equipment that I use daily.
I used to use a standard exercise bike but started using a recumbent bike because it is so much more comfortable and I can ride for a lot longer.
One thing that was annoying was the seat.
It is a bit on the hard side so after a while, it starts getting really uncomfortable.
I had never thought about getting an additional padded seat for it so when I came across this, I thought it looked perfect.
My bike is not one of the names listed on here, but the dimensions seemed to work so I went ahead and placed an order for it.
It arrived very quickly and I used it right away.
And this thing is absolutely awesome!
Size wise, it fit perfect on my bike.
But the comfort that it provides is beyond compare.
I rode my bike for two hours the other day and I was not sore whatsoever.
It is such a worthwhile investment and if you don’t have one yet, I definitely recommend giving this one to try.
I’m so happy that I did and I don’t know how I got by riding it for so long without one of these.
I also like the fact that the cover is removable so you can wash it.
It definitely earns its five stars and I can’t say enough good things about it.

Definitely more comfortable than a regularly provided chair. It fit well on to my rower’s seat, was easy to install and it stays without feeling awkward. Then entire rowing session was way more comfortable due to the change of the seat. The string pull function which tightens the seat to the rower seat can be tucked inside the fabric of the seat and out of your way. Very satisfied by this seat cover.

The lack of comfort in the seat used to stop me from using my bike as much as I otherwise wanted to, but this takes that excuse away! It really does make a great difference. The drawstring fit let me snug it down tightly so it doesn’t slip and slide while I’m on it.

I picked this up to test on my Concept2 RowErg. I didn’t bother measuring, since it says it fits the machine. The first picture attached is my existing seat cushion, which is the same size as the machine’s seat, sitting on top of this new cushion. As you can see, they’re not remotely the same size in either direction. Fortunately, this cushion has a drawstring flap on the underside of the seat that will keep it on the machine. And the cushion has enough of a stiff backing to it that it doesn’t flop or hang down around the seat, though that may change over time as it gets broken in.
Fit aside, the cushion is definitely soft. In fact, it’s so soft that it feels a bit like trying to row while sitting on a pillow. It feels too soft, too thick, and like it’s robbing me of power and energy in my rowing. Durability and finish seem to be fine so far, but I’m not sure I’ll be putting very many meters into this seat cushion, as I can’t get past the “sitting on a pillow” feeling.
I’ll give it another try just in the spirit of fairness, but I don’t expect that it’s going to stay on my machine for long.

This was the perfect addition to my row machine. The seat was extremely hard with no give and was rough on my lower back and tailbone. This made the row machine much more tolerable and I was able to increase the time I spent on it. Highly recommend it.

This does make rowing more comfortable but makes you row at a slightly different angle. It worked better on a bike.

The cushion came in quickly and with no issues. The Gel Padded Seat Cushion Cover is made for the recumbent bike and rowing machine. The extra wide thick memory foam comes with a gel pad built in for comfort. The padding works well. The material seems really good, and the cushion should last. I would recommend this for anyone that needs or wants it.
