The ab workout and other workout options are great. The row workout has zero resistance. Worth the money if you’re ok with that. If you are looking for a true row machine work out this is not for you

A machine that both adults and children can exercise together, and the machine itself does not take up much space. Can adjust a variety of modes, feel a weight loss effect, I will feel abdominal tightness after exercise. My kids all grab it, and it’s a good kid with an extra sports gear

The tension for the arms/back is pretty good but there is no tension whatsoever for the legs. Not exactly what I expected for a rower. I’m disappointed. Back to squats I go!

The product was very easy to set up, everything is included. I’ve been using the product for a couple of weeks now, and it is sturdy and easy to use. There are many functions with this device. The instructions package also goes over the different functions and muscle groups that can be worked on. It is convenient to have a device that you can do a full body workout at home. For this value, I think it is a good deal.
