Only had the bike a week and so far it seems pretty good. My first air bike so cant really compare to others but appears to function well and provides a good full body cardio workout which is what i wanted. Way harder to install than i thought it would be (took about 2hrs and i would say im better than average at assembly). Minor issues: small plastic piece on seat came cracked off but did not affect function. Also, shipping box was wet on outside and inside and one metal bar had some surface rust so not sure how long this was sitting in storage (or how it was stored). Would be better if you could adjust the tension in the peddles/belt but overall this seems like a pretty good exercise bike.

We are very pleased with this bike. It is quiet, doesn’t require a lot of space, and gives you a good workout. The phone holder is a nice feature. A word of caution though, I am 5’2″ and the seat at the lowest and most forward point puts the handles just barely within reach when extended. It’s also a bit of a climb for me to get onto the seat. It did come well packaged. Hubby likes to put things together and he found it a little difficult to do but said the instructions were very clear.

Love how I can make it an easy workout for me by just slowing down or get a super intense one (which I haven’t yet done because I’m slowly building myself up) I use the machine for a slow and steady walk while my husband does intense cardio with it.

First the negatives: the tools should be an inch or two longer, for better leverage when tightening critical fasteners. Better yet get a socket wrench! Especially be careful to check the pedals before each use!
Positives:
Extremely well designed.
Most nuts and boots are loosely on place. You won’t have search for the right ones in a bag of a few dozen mixed parts!
Occupies a very small footprint, approximately 2ft by 5ft.
Pretty quiet.

Easy to assemble, instructions are accurate, and all needed tools are provided. Noise level is comparable to actual riding noise. My wife used a commercial fan bike in PT and wanted to continue at home, so I bought her this one. She said it’s easy to use and likes riding it. Not as good as the bike at PT but great for home use. Definitely worth the price. As for anything with moving parts, recheck your hardware torque after a week or two.

I ordered this bike on Jan 28 2024. I started using it on Feb 5, 2024 and on Sept 5, 2024 the handlebar cracked enough to make the bike unusable. I contacted Goplus and was informed they could not replace the part and offered NOTHING at all to help. Between the shoddy workmanship and the poor customer service, I will never buy any of their products again.

This is a great piece of exercise equipment. It really wears you out and the cooling fan is terrific. However, we just had an issue. When our wifi connected Nest thermostat turns on the heat it makes our bike come on causing the beeping noose when it turns on.
