I absolutely love this stationary bike. It’s very quiet and smooth. I like that it is so simple to use and adjust. One of the straps on the pedal broke. I was still able to use the bike with no problem. I notified the company when they checked in to see how I liked my purchase. I informed them that the strap had broke. They were very quick at finding a solution to the problem. They went above and beyond to quickly send me not just the strap, but two new pedals. I would highly recommend this bike from this amazing company.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a home stationary bike sight unseen (basically). It was simple to put together. Maybe about 45 minutes tops. It’s heavy enough to be sturdy yet not bulky and cumbersome. Sitting on it feels safe. It’s not rickety like you might expect with fairly inexpensive home gym equipment. Love the resistance bands as well! I can’t wait to get a routine started!
We are very happy with this purchase and recommend this one to anyone who is on the fence like I was.

Out of the box speed and distance were not registering on the monitor. They sent a new monitor but still not registering. They then sent a new bike body and now everything works as designed and it is actually a very sturdy, well built exercise bike. They communicate from the orient via text message (1-900 #) and stayed with me until the bike worked as ordered and I was satisfied. Thanks to Kurono for a great bike and fantastic customer service.

It took me about an hour to put this bike together but that’s expected when you buy exercise equipment online. It’s holding up nicely and we are using it pretty heavily. If you suffer from foot pain and need an alternative to running then this machine is a great option.

So far the bike is alright, the resistance bands provide more resistance than I expected and pedaling feels nice.
The only issue is the seat cushion. With a recumbent exercise bike you want to lean back and pedal so you don’t strain your back, but the seat cushion and back cushion are not comfortable at all and the seat will start to hurt after a few minutes which defeats the purpose of the recumbent position.
If the seat wasn’t so bad I would give 5 stars, a seat cushion is necessary but it is hard to find one separate that fits properly.

I purchased this to help me get back in shape. It was easy to assemble and is very easy to move. It’s also silent so it won’t disturb anyone else in the room. I love all the features. Also, the company has been amazing. They reached out to me just to make sure I received the bike and was satisfied with my purchase. In my reply I mentioned I was going to get a more padded seat but was otherwise very pleased. They replied that they were sending me a padded seat cover. That is phenomenal customer service! I would definitely purchase from this company again and would highly recommend this exercise bike.
